We are nestled in the hillside, surrounded by forest & wildlife. Pet friendly during the months of May-October. Great news, the snowmobile and ATV trails are located just 2 minutes from the cottage! When given the opportunity, this is the perfect escape to view deer and wild turkeys! Take an adventure wheeling, snowmobiling, snowshoeing or hiking. With accommodations for 6, and room for more, this is the ideal spot for a retreat. Gram’s cabin is 20 minutes from Plaster Rock, and 40 minutes from Mount Carleton.

The Eagles Nest

In the Eagles Nest you are located in the country side of Fort Fairfield directly across the road from Aroostook Valley Country Club house and hole one. You will see the beautiful countryside, animals, and have access to snow mobile trails. We are located in Zone 6 for hunters. The perfect place for any outdoorsmen. We now have a second comp . Its the Bears Den. it's on it's own 100 acres overlooking a trout pond.

Monticello Home for Families and Sportsmen

Complete 2 bedroom 2 bath house with a porch that has a full size bed, and the dry basement also has a full size bed. Less than 100 yards from snowmobile and ATV trails! Located less than a mile from unorganized territory with excellent grouse, deer and moose hunting (WMD zone 6). Close to Conroy lake which offers brook trout fishing and now ice fishing. Guide service available upon request.
