The "Sunnseitn Lodge Mountainsuite" holiday flat is located in Moos in Passeier/Moso in Passiria and offers guests a spectacular panoramic view of the surrounding Alps. The 77 m² accommodation consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom and thus offers space for 6 people. Furthermore, a private infrared sauna is at your disposal. The amenities also include high-speed WLAN (suitable for video calls) and a TV.

The 2026 Olympic cross-country skiing venue (Fleim Valley - Val di Fiemme) is about 80 km away and also easy to reach by public transport. The house is built in traditional solid wood construction and instantly puts you in a holiday mood. On the ground floor, there is a bathroom with a shower, and in the (honeymoon) room upstairs, you’ll find a private WC with a washbasin.

Vor uns erstreckt sich das gesamte Etschtal, ein Spektakel zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit und Meran und das Schloss Tirol liegen uns zu Füßen. Ein perfekter Ausgangsort für Wanderungen und schöne Spaziergänge.

The 200 m² "Apt. Penthouse – Chalet Schenna" is quietly located at the entrance to Schenna village, offering an ideal base for your stay. This modern, high-quality holiday apartment on the 2nd floor features a cosy living room with an open, well-equipped kitchen and large kitchen island. With three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a sofa bed in the living room, and an additional guest WC, the property accommodates up to eight guests.

Design Loft "Chez Mone & Harry"

The chez mone & harry loft is nestled amidst orchards and vineyards at the edge of the historic village centre of Algund, near Merano, 5 min by car. You enter the third floor through a modern dependance, where product designer Harry Thaler and curator Simone Mair live with their three children. Harry took great pleasure in transforming a 50m2 attic into a warm, minimalistic dream loft in sustainable materials.
