Experience a one-of-a-kind stay at this chic oasis transformed from a garage into a luxurious retreat. Located just north of downtown Dallas & east of Arlington, our suite is tucked away in a serene, established neighborhood in West Plano. Enjoy complete privacy in this independent space, featuring its own entrance, dedicated parking, and all the comforts of a modern studio apartment. Cozy Condo Hideaway

The Cozy Condo offers the privacy of a personal sanctuary and the amenities of a spa while providing all the comforts of home. While staying here you'll have access to two pools, a hot tub and community grills. Everything you need is provided from detergent to wifi. After every guest I personally clean the home and make sure there are plenty of freshly washed towels and bedding. It's the perfect place to stay whether you're visiting friends, traveling for work or just passing through.

Right in the heart of Allen, this peaceful getaway is a small piece of luxury in the most ideal location! The 1-bath boasts all the basics, including a Smart TV, WiFi, and a cozy setting to relax. When you’re not shopping at the Outlets, spectating at the Events Center, or taking a scenic stroll on the creek trail — The space is all you need for a calm retreat. The studio is attached to the main home but is a completely separate unit, with its own private entrance and easy parking.
