This unique studio space has an open floor plan, murphy bed, vaulted ceilings and custom kitchen. Located one mile from campus corner, downtown and the University of Oklahoma there is easy access to stores, restaurants, museums and a 25 minute drive to Oklahoma City.

This hand-carved cave cottage has a beautiful exterior and gets even better as you go inside. Its well decorated cavern interior will charm you with its thoughtful layout. On the main floor there is a full kitchen with stone counters and dining bar, a sitting area with comfy chairs, a bathroom with an oversized tile shower, a bedroom with a queen bed and a private porch with a large hot tub. Up the stone steps you'll find a super cute bedroom loft with lots of windows and more amazing views.

Wee Nook is a 360 square foot living space with a full kitchen and bathroom. It is tucked underground in the middle of the woods. Please come enjoy the woods, farm animals, trails, pond and wide open space while you're here! As JRR Tolkien said: “In a hole in the ground there lived a hobbit. Welcome to your (earthen) home away from home! This earthen home was constructed by Mr. Bill Adams, a direct descendent of Pres. John Adams and a veteran who served in the Allied occupation of Japan following WWII. Going further back, this was one of the first areas to be settled. It was part of the "Sims Settlement" and was defended during the War of 1812 by James and William Slaughter. Settlers farmed the fertile land near Indian Creek, now called the Indian Creek Greenway - 4 mins away.
