Highlights include: (1) Huge waterfront balcony- perfect for people watching (2) Interior courtyard garden- amazing for morning coffee (3) 2 large bedrooms on separate floors for privacy (4) Each bedroom has private bathroom away from living area (5) Open kitchen/living space with lots of seating for "together" time (6) Fully equipped kitchen for cooking (7) 65-inch TV, Fast WiFi, Keurig for coffee, washer/dryer, dishwasher, and lots of other amenities and extras. Exclusive access to the waterfront balcony, interior courtyard, and all areas of the house which are for you and you only! You'll have access to the entire condo which occupies the entire 3rd and most of the 2nd floor (there is a women's fashion boutique on the 1st floor and a small studio apartment with separate entrance on the 2nd floor). Tenants of the store and studio apartment do not have access to your space. The property has "Smart Locks" which allow guests to enter with a custom pass code I set (and remove upon checkout) for each guest. Different guests want different things, so I'll try my best to accommodate you in the way you'll most appreciate. If you prefer privacy, you'll have as much as you want, and I've included lots of local tips and recommendations in our House Guide for you to explore on your own. If you're looking for opinions, input, ideas, etc... then I'm more than happy to be a resource for you! I grew up in the area, live just a few blocks away, and am often out and about in the neighborhood, enjoying all that Fells Point has to offer. Located in the heart of Baltimore's most charming neighborhood: Fell's Point! Conveniently located nearby Johns Hopkins Medical Center (1 mile). Great for walking: you can follow the waterfront promenade all the way from Fells Point, through the Inner Harbor, up to Federal Hill Park. Or stick around the neighborhood, window shop, and check out quirky stores and restaurants. Water Taxi is 100 feet away and has 10+ stops to bring you to all the top tourist destinations by scenic boat ride. Uber/Lyft are the best methods to get around quickly and often are only 1 or 2 minutes away. Parking is tricky, but if you're coming into town with a car, I can help you coordinate valet service with the hotel directly across the street, direct you to a nearby parking garage, or suggest free street parking a few blocks away. Parking directly outside of the property is hourly during the day (because of the prime location).

Striking Cabin with a Hot Tub and Mountain Views

OVERVIEW: The cabin boasts 2 spacious bedrooms, each with a king size bed. Each room has it's own full bathroom, with a Jacuzzi tub in the upstairs bathroom. There is a sleeper sofa downstairs in the main living area. Both levels of the cabin have mountain facing porches which boast gorgeous views of Mt LeConte and the Smoky Mountains and that view can be enjoyed in the rocking chairs or the hot tub. There are fireplaces on both floors that add extra warmth and charm. There is a dining area just off the kitchen where you can share a great meal with friends or family. ENTERTAINMENT: Each bedroom and the main living room has it's own HD TV with cable TV and a DVD player. Upstairs there is a game room with a full size pool table, and arcade table and a mini air hockey table. The neighborhood has it's own pool and it is a short walk to a playground great for younger kids. There is free Wi-Fi so you can stay connected if you want. KITCHEN: The cabin has a full kitchen, with an oven, stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, blender and dishwasher. The kitchen is stocked with pots and pans and cooking utensils as well as plates, bowls, cups and silverware. Outside there is a charcoal grill. OTHER: The cabin also comes with a washer and dryer, all the linens needed for the 2 king beds and sleeper sofa, bath towels and hand towels for the bathrooms and more. You have access to the entire cabin. The cabin is for you during your stay. I will not be there when you are there. Of course if you need help with anything I can be available. The cabin is located minutes from Dollywood Theme Park in Pigeon Forge, as well as the quaint shops and eateries in Gatlinburg. Hiking and camping at Great Smoky Mountains National Park is a short drive away. The Great Smoky National Park is the most visited park in the National Park system and for good reason. The natural beauty that can be found in the park, across all 4 seasons is breathtaking. With over 800 miles of hiking trails, it should be easy to find a trail that meets your needs. And if you just want to drive through the park, the winding mountain roads and the Cades Cove loop offer beautiful scenery as well. This condo is well equipped with everything you need to stay for a night or a 6 month stay! You have a fully stocked kitchen with all the necessities, a comfortable bed, plush bedding and towels, and a stocked bathroom with all the toiletries. Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash, Q Tips, Cotton Balls, Hairdryer, etc is all provided. A large HE washer & dryer are provided as well as a starter pack of laundry detergent, etc. A large Smart Flat Screen TV in the livingroom. This unit is on the 2nd floor and it has a balcony from the living room that overlooks Riverfront Parkway & Parkway Pourhouse. The guests will have full access to the entire condo including the furnished washer & dryer. They will also have access to the gym , pool and clubroom in the community. We are available via phone or text or even email during your stay! If you prefer we meet you when you check in, we will happily accommodate but for the most part, we leave you be to enjoy your stay privately! Take an easy 10-minute walk to the TN Aquarium, IMAX Theater and Children's Museum. Lots of restaurants are nearby as well, with Parkway Pourhouse and Scottie's on the River directly across the street. Catch classic events at nearby Ross's Landing. This condo has 1 dedicated parking space in the lot and then free parking on the street. This area is a short walk to the heart of downtown, easy access on and off the freeway, and plenty of Uber & Lyft drivers just minutes away. Potential for noise - This is a condo located downtown. Although it is minimal, there is potential for noise from cars on the street below as well as the unit above you.
