We were in David's house for a ski trip to Palisades Tahoe. The place was great value, in a great location (very close to Palisades), and had everything we needed. Even though David was traveling at the time, he stayed in touch and had clear instructions for checking in and out. Would visit again!

Great, cozy place for our extended family + pup to stay to celebrate the new year! Great open living space and kitchen, tons of books and puzzles/games for the kiddos and perfect location. Would 10/10 recommend.

Another great stay at Stew's place. I highly recommend. It is off a busy highway, but you wouldn't know it because it is secluded down below the businesses and is very private and quiet. Everything was very clean and lots to do with movies and games for the kids. The hot tub was so nice. It was very cool in the morning so that is a great way to warm up under the canopy of pine trees that surround the back deck. Definitely will be back for another stay.

Our stay was amazing! The house was beautifully equipped, we felt right at home. The mattresses were SO COMFORTABLE - the pillows were nice and fluffy - AND CLEAN. Everything was so clean. The neighborhood was AMAZING - safe and quiet - great place to take an evening walk. Located right near the freeway! Would def. Stay again!

This cabin is perfect for a getaway. So many amenities and in a beautiful location. Short walk to the lake and a trail to an amazing overlook just in the backyard. The kitchen has everything you could need, and then some. We loved it. Also very clean and easy to find/get inside. Roxie and Greg made everything smooth. Highly recommend.

We fell in love with this quiet little slice of peacefulness. The house feels secluded but we could still access Doordash and Instacart. The walk to the lake/waterfall is not accessible for the disabled and we weren't allowed to drive there. That was the only major disappointment.

Cynthia’s place was cozy and relaxing. The spa was so nice to relax in. We walked to restaurants from the house. We love the Land Park neighborhood. It was quiet and the place was just as described. We even got to meet Toby.

A lovely quaint and peaceful place. Peggy was extremely communicative and helpful throughout my stay, answering all my questions promptly and providing valuable local tips. I would highly recommend this property and host to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

My husband and I were in town for a few days and felt very comfortable and safe at Carrie’s place. She also provided a parking pass for our car and we didn’t have issues with street parking. Very central to lots of restaurants and coffee shops!

AMAZING!!!! We were looking for a snowy forest getaway for the weekend and Stefanie's place was IT!!! (FYI: snow is rare at this altitude) As her listing says, it is a rural location, so if you are looking to get away from the hustle and bustle, this is it! The house was very clean and the kitchen was large and could easily accommodate cooking three meals a day. Food options are about a mile or two away (since Apple Hill farms are only open in the fall). There is a bonus room down stairs with TV and lots of games. Parking right in front of the house. Stefanie communicated very quickly! I booked this stay last minute (within 4 hours of arrival) and she was very responsive and helpful. She even drove up to the house prior to our arrival to heat it up and start a fire. Would DEFINATELY RECOMMEND!!!!!!

Carol’s space was so cute and serene. The garden outside of the Inkling is so beautifully done and such a nice view to wake up to when opening the window panes. The inside was tastefully decorated, linens felt nice and clean and cozy, and we slept well each night! The surrounding neighborhood proved to be a very nice area to stroll and see wildlife (deer, bats, snakes!) and a 10-15 minute drive to any stores, coffee shops, etc. A wonderful getaway if you’re okay with not walking to restaurants/shops - the trade off is tranquility and nature, and it was so worth it! I have stayed here 3 times and each time is lovely. The house is comfortable and clean and the landscape is beautiful. Didn't want to leave.

This is a very quiet and peaceful spot with a nice outdoor seating area. Very roomy apartment space. Very reasonably priced for what you get. I would highly recommend this place for anyone traveling through the western Sierra's.

Very clean and peaceful home. Equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The horses were beautiful to see from the window every morning. They accepted our pets and home was pet friendly- their dogs do roam the property but pretty much stayed away from the guesthouse. Convenient and safe location! Would definitely stay again. Thank you for everything 🙂

We all loved the house, the surroundings, and peaceful/quiet setting. It was comfortable, clean, well stocked, etc. Everything regarding our stay was A+! The pool table was a big hit too. Don & Cynthia are extremely helpful & went above & beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Our group had a wonderful time and we would love to come back. Thank you for letting us use your beautiful home.

This is the first time we try to bring our 4 years old to ski. She had a great memory to live in Catherine's amazing home. She is super friendly and patiently with all our questions. Also she has tons of acknowledge about this area. Also I was shock by how much DVD funs she has in the house. Also lots of toys. It is really perfect place for family trip like us. Definitely will visit again. Only one tip for future visitor to the amazing housing. If you drive your Tesla, make sure you have the right switch plug (Ask Catharine before you come). They have L2 charging.

Fawsia's place was amazing. Her and her husband Ash are wonderful people who greeted us when we arrived with their lovely extremely friendly dog Max. The place inside is beautifully designed with wonderful African art. We felt at peace and welcomed in this space and very appreciative of them to open up their one of a kind sanctuary to spend the weekend at. Whenever we have an activity to attend in Elk grove we will stay again. Wonderful people and atmosphere. Everything was perfect.

The geodome is a unique stay. The cabin was comfortable and and well-styled. An added bonus is that there's plastic kid-friendly bowls, plates, and cups so we didn't need to worry about our young ones breaking anything. The open layout was ideal for our family to socialize while cooking and there's a cute play area upstairs with toys for the kids. The neighborhood was quiet and we were able to soak in the stars a night next to the fire pit. Maria was super responsive to all of my messages (responded in a few minutes), which was helpful when I couldn't turn on the washer/dryer since the breaker had tripped. Maria helped me locate the electric panel to flip the breaker and there wasn't any further nuisance tripping. We enjoyed staying at Maria and Jared's geodome and would come back again!

Monique, thank you so very much for the most amazing stay. We loved every minute of it of it. Your space is a dream—it was carefully planned to have guests have a most enjoyable stay. We didn’t have to go anywhere as all we needed indoors and outdoors are already in the property! Thanks again and till next year! Beyond our expectations where they even have provisions of things you need in the kitchen, bathrooms and all. The game room was a room packed with fun and love the hot tub. We also loved the wrap Around porch both levels. Looking forward to coming again… and on an annual basis!

Robyn’s place was perfect for our visit to Golden 1 to watch the Kings play. It was easy access to the arena, safe, clean, and quiet. Would stay there again!

Suzanne is a wonderful host! She is so kind, attentive to the needs of her guests. I am touched by her caring spirit. The cottage will always hold a special place in my heart.

Our stay was perfect. The pictures were accurate and the place was as described. It was a surprise for my wife who loves Spanish architecture so she was thrilled. Olga was a great host making sure we had everything we needed. We will most definitely stay there again, especially in the summer.

Paul and Amy have done a fantastic job at curating a cozy and welcoming feeling to this home. The house is filled with cute decorations and perfect amenities. Outside of the full-stop kitchen appliances, large hot tub and wood-burning fireplace, their sound system was a huge hit! Everything was top notch. Not to mention, they are extremely friendly and kind hosts. Anyone would be lucky to enjoy time at their place.
