The Hayloft is a charming first floor serviced apartment, and is one of seventeen holiday cottages at Town Farm, on the edge of the Chilterns. We are a working arable farm, with some sheep over the surrounding hills, we are lucky to have views over to Ivinghoe Beacon on one side, and Aylesbury Vale on the other. The Ridgeway Lodge close to Ivinghoe Beacon

The Lodge is a separate building from the main house and has a private patio for relaxing in the sunshine or stargazing at night. The double doors from the patio, lead you into the main, open plan kitchen / living room / dining area. There is a sofa bed with large TV with immediate access to Netflix, iPlayer etc, and super fast WiFi. There is a downstairs loo. Upstairs there is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and shower. It has all the amenities for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

The Bull Pen

Bull pen is a three bedroom property with two shower rooms and a family bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The lounge has two large sofas and a television with Freeview. Upstairs the master bedroom has a king-size bed (which can be converted to a pair of twins), and en-suite shower room. There are two further twin bedrooms (which can both be converted to king-size) and a family bathroom with bath and shower.
