The whole place was cleaned beautifully. You could tell right when u walked in that everything was clean. Everything was as expected it is a great place to have as a home base when you want to spend time relaxing at the beach.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The place was, nice, decent size, clean, and had everything we need (cooking utensils, towels, beach chairs, wifi, laundry washer and dryer, parking). The location was great, not a far drive to hiking, kayaking, utv riding, beach, all kinds of outdoor adventures. It is close to a grocery store as well. The host, Yamal, is great. Any questions I asked him (through the Airbnb app) were answered clearly and immediately. I would recommend this place to any family visiting Puerto Rico. Any downside? The shower water takes a long time to get warm and never gets actually hot, but honestly it’s fine. Nothing to worry about.

We had a fabulous time in Puerto Rico. Our first time visiting. We went for a wedding on July 6, 2024. And, this location was perfect for us! Overall this place was all 5 star ratings, this place was very clean and up to date. The Host was phenomenal, she didn't get back to us right away when I needed answers but she made sure she gets back in a timely fashion. I highly recommend this place for stay if you're in the area. You may pull-up and think you are in the wrong place by looking at the surrounding but you're not. This Airbnb has a electric gate that open and close...I felt safe at night and it was quiet. I will stay here again.

Es un lugar hermoso, bien cuidado y limpio. Es tranquilo y la comunicación con Michelle es excelente. Es muy atenta y responde a todas las preguntas antes y después del check-in. La ubicación del lugar es perfecta para todo. Tienes cerca playa, sitios de comer, actividades para hacer con la familia. Es un lugar excelente. Recomendado 100%

Recomiendo el apartamento en todos los sentidos. Es amplio, da la sensación de que estas en una casa de tamaño completo, en lugar de un apartamento. Los enseres y decoración son de alta calidad y sientes que estas verdaderamente en tu propia casa, con la conveniencia de que disfrutas de vistas al océano por todas las habitaciones y sala. En cuanto a la limpieza, hubo un retraso durante el check-in, pero todo quedó tan limpio rápidamente que el inconveniente resultó mínimo. Sin duda, Dios mediante, volveríamos a reservar este espacio. Muy buena atención al huésped. Se que le gustara.

Mark was a very friendly and accommodating host. His place was well stocked with everything you could possibly need for the beach and pool! Place was clean and in a great location. The building could use some updating (not Mark's fault). And I would say if you're scared of heights, this probably isn't the condo for you. But if you're not, what a view!

We had a great time at Monica’s place. The 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms provided more than enough space for our family of 5. The condo looked better in person than the pictures. She was responsive throughout our stay. We were there during the blackout but we were not impacted as the location had a generator, and Monica kept us updated. The condo had all the beach essentials, washer/dryer, pool area… It was close to the kiosks but you will need a car to get around. There are great beaches nearby.

Everything was great! The building, I felt secure. The parking spot was a huge help. The apartment was super clean and nice. And the view from the room was beautiful! Loved the placed and it’s right infront of the beach, which I loved!

It was an absolutely amazing place. Its right next to the water. All the beach gear a family of 5 can ask for from body boards, chairs, cooler with ice packs, and even a big umbrella.. Great restaurants in walking distances. Capital Burger was our favorite for diner and the lady selling empanadas out of a food truck in the morning was our go to for breakfast. One of our favorite airbnbs by far.

The accommodation is located right on the beach, so the view from the balcony is fantastic. You can sit for hours, admire the scenery, and listen to the waves. The restaurants and the beach are just a few minutes' walk away. Anderson responded quickly and was very helpful. There are a few things that could be updated in the apartment, but overall, it's a good choice if you're traveling to Luquillo.

Beautiful location! Has waterview and you can see the sun rise beautifully from the apartment floor. Pristine, private, and comfortable. Host was friendly, instructions were clear, and check in was a breeze. Lots of amenities. This was really a great deal.

Esta propiedad es increíble. Lo Recomiendo 💯 desde todos los puntos de vista. Empecemos por la anfitriona Rosa. Ella fue muy amable en contestar todas mis inquietudes prontamente, fue muy servicial al recomendarnos hermosos lugares y buenisimos restaurantes a tan solo 5 min. Gracias nuevamente Rosa. La propiedad es hermosa, limpia y muy cómoda. Tiene un patio gigante de recreación con piscina, lo que ves en las fotos es lo que recibes… ya quiero volver con toda mi familia, por qué la propiedad tiene 4 mini apartamentos individuales equipados es como si te quedarás en un mini hotel ..afortunadamente para nuestra estadía nadie más reservó. Eso quiere decir que tuvimos privacidad.

This place was awesome! If you looking for an outside experience this is it! Host was great and responsive. Outside shower and hot tub was amazing! Would definitely come back here. Issac is the man!
