The Cottage for Two

The Cottage was built in the late 1930's for a local church and was used as a Sunday school room, for receptions, etc.. In 2004 we relocated the Hut, as it was once called, to this site and restored it to it's existing condition, staying with it's late 30's roots. It and main house sets on 5 beautifully landscaped acres and is located only 7 minutes from historic downtown Summerville. Please note that this is NOT INTENDED AS A VENUE and is a SHARED POOL, not exclusive to the pool house guest.

The tiny house is located in our backyard in a small town, Moncks Corner, South Carolina. As you enter the house, you will notice that it is small but it has everything you will need to enjoy your stay! A kitchen to cook in, a table to eat or work at, a nice place to shower and sleep - all in the same room. It is small yet very comfortable and welcoming! We operate off of well water. If you are not used to well water, the smell can sometimes be surprising. Please note: the water is safe.

Bring your boat as lake accesses to Moultrie start a 1/4 mile away with Cooper River accesses near by. Somerset, Wampee, Pineland Place, 108 W Main, Santee Canal as well as MC Regional Complex are minutes away, Summerville is 20’, and Downtown Chas is 45’. Come enjoy!

Located next to the family farmhouse at Wild Goose Flower Farm, The Goose Cottage was designed to immerse guests in our calm and peaceful country life. We are located 15 minutes from the hearts of Cane Bay, Nexton and Exit 194 on I-26, and 45 minutes from Downtown Charleston. Bring your boat and launch off of our dock, easy in and out access to the big lake. Our home sleeps 6 on our King bed, 2 twins and a pull out couch. Recently renovated, all the modern luxuries are provided. There is a fire pit to enjoy while you grill on our charcoal grill. Eat outside, enjoy the view!
