Casa Oruro ubicada en las montañas de San José de Pinilla. Tiene 2 dormitorios con cama king, 4 sofás cama matrimoniales, 2 baños, sala amplia, cocina equipada y aire acondicionado. La terraza elevada ofrece comedor exterior y BBQ. Abajo hay una piscina privada tipo plunge su acceso es con gradas. Estamos a 20 min en carro de Playa Avellanas y a 35 min de Tamarindo , el acceso es por calles de lastre común en la zona, los vehículos bajos transitan más despacio. Será un gusto recibirlos!!

We offer 2 new, safe and cozy studios within Hacienda Pinilla, an exclusive premium gated community just 15 minutes away from the famous town of Tamarindo. Both studios have a kitchenette, open air shower and terrace. They are 5 minutes drive from 3 beautiful beaches and the JW Marriott Hotel. 2 adults and 1 child can sleep per studio (we can put a small extra bed). They can be rented separately or together. There is no pool on property but the Beach Club is 5 minutes drive away.

Casa Gungun is located at Villa Isabela, a 15.000 square meter ocean view property facing the pacific ocean at Playa Negra, Guanacaste. This 1 bedroom house has a spacious bathroom with a bathtub with a view. You can find everything you need to prepare a nice meal at our kitchen- living area, and after a surf session, hiking or mtb ride, you can chill at our jacuzzi appreciating the panoramic view. The house has a nice sofa with a 50"tv for a movie night. House for 2 people.
