The sunroom, great for board games and leads to an outdoor area with a small fire pit (weather and law permitting). Two entrances allows for two totally private rentals in the home by sharing a main wall with doors that lock from both sides.

Cozy at C is a small, but roomy, 1 bed/1 bath apartment. It is located in a safe, quiet neighborhood. During your stay, you will have access to a grass backyard and private parking. 360 sq ft house on the lake. Full queen bedroom. Sleeps 4. Full bathroom with a jetted tub and shower. Full Kitchen. Great porch. Pets are allowed for a $50 non-refundable fee. Pets must be kenneled if left inside alone, on a leash at all times when outside and please pick up after your pets. Kayak and paddle boat rentals including life jackets and paddles available. Kayak rental - $35/day each or $60/2 days each. Paddleboat, pirogue or tandem kayak rental - $45/day or $70/2 days.
