Love the house! Clean, big comfy bed, great kitchen. Oooh, the Keurig can brew either a pot of coffee or a single cup! The yard was especially nice for our dog to run around & sniff. The 1897 Railroad State Park is just up the street, and downtown is a short walk away (we rode the train & walked to the Smoke Cafe, all with our dog). Great place to stay!

Had a short stay that went smoothly! Megan was responsive and helpful. The location was also very convenient.

The house has an extremely spacious layout for a large group of people that provides everyone their own privacy. Conveniently location to Yosemite, beautiful location on a creek, and super responsive host! We stayed for 2 weeks, and we would love to stay again at this place!

It’s my first time stay in Groveland about 45 minutes to the Yosemite gate, another 15 minutes to the valley. The house is in a large gated community. There are multiple gates but there is only main gate for guests to enter. Very quiet. Backyard has a creek. Very peaceful. A large general store is located right off 120. Large deck overlooking the backyard. House is more than big enough for family of 4 with a dog. The house is a little bit old but everything works well. Beds are comfortable. April is still a bit cold at night. Heater and electric blanket work well. Would come back again!

Very convenient place right off the highway. Clean spacious and even has a yard for the kids to play. Host is very responsive. Would def stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb during our trip to Yosemite. The place was incredibly cozy, comfortable, and thoughtfully organized — it really felt like a warm and welcoming home, not just a rental. It had all the right amenities, and everything we needed was well-stocked, from the bathroom to the kitchen. The location was perfect: not only was it convenient for visiting the park, but it was also close to grocery stores, restaurants, and other essentials.

This place was Amazing ! Very spacious, the kitchen was amazing . We went up for the weekend to celebrate my father’s late birthday cooked , played games . The game Room was amazing . Upon arrival there was no water I messaged Eric and he responded back within minutes and got it taken care of , definitely will be booking again this summer !

Buffy & Chip's place was very homey and comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked with gadgets and appliances. They were very responsive to our messages and went out of their way to help us out. I would come back again, highly recommend!

Great place to stay at! Private area with a few minutes walk to the lake and a 30 minute drive to Yosemite. Almost everyday we saw deer on the yard and wild turkeys on our way out the neighborhood. Michael was very response and communicated effectively throughout our whole stay. Definitely recommend!

As always our stay at the cottage was stellar. If you want a place that feels like home away from home this would be the pick for you!

We are a family of 5 visiting the Yosemite area for vacation We had the unfortunate experience of booking an Airbnb that was below standards for cleanliness. We began looking for an alternate place to stay at 12 midnight. It was Labor Day weekend and we messaged a few homes to for an Instant book. The stars aligned and Tori responded at 1:30am. She sent us the code to enter her beautiful home. The home was immaculate! Linens and towels were clean and fresh. The beds are so comfortable! The kitchen had the basic essentials and some spices that allowed us to prepare a few meals. She has Keurig machine for coffee. We used her full size washer and dryer and her grill outside-nice amenities to use during our vacation. The Mar-Val grocery store is only a 1/4 of a mile away and they surprisingly had everything you would need ! 10/10 recommend! She is definitely a Super-host!!

The house was beautiful, and we had everything we needed. We did a lot of BBQ and cooking. The outside patio is the best. Michelle responded very quick when I had a question. She even went out of her way to get us access to the lake and be able to go kayaking. We will definitely be coming back to enjoy the lake more.

Came up from the Bay Area to have a peaceful start to the New Year and our stay was exactly that. The community is super peaceful and close to local restaurants, store and meat market. The property itself was perfect. Everything was clean and felt brand new. The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with necessities and more making it extremely convenient. The house was well put together and felt very comfortable and homey. Would love to come back in the summer and enjoy the lake and community amenities!

The place is comfortable and the children love it, they played for hours, my family and I enjoyed the cabin and we had a wonderful Christmas!

Great secluded spot. Lots of room for a large group. Host was very responsive and helpful. House is solar powered and comes with an easy to use generator when needed. Perfect spot for an off the grid weekend.

We loved staying at Akanksha's place! It was perfect for our family and friends, situated in a wonderful community. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at Careey's cabin! EVERYTHING was so organized. There was no guessing where kitchen supplies lived because there were stickers to guide you in the right direction. The bathrooms were also stocked with all the basics. The beds are all comfortable. One of the bedrooms had an extensive collection of board and card games and another had yoga mats and hand weights. When we weren't playing board or card games our family enjoyed tournaments on the pool table in the game room. You can't beat the location. It's a 2 minute walk to the main strip in Groveland. There we enjoyed two coffee shops, a boutique store, a flea market, pharmacy, a Mexican restaurant and the oldest continuously running saloon in California (great burgers and drinks...make sure you look up)! There is also a meat shop and fish store, but we didn't try them out this trip. The local grocery store is only a few minutes away (in the car).
