Our lake access is close enough to bike/walk, but we prefer to drive into the access w/all of our gear! @ the gated access you will find a swimming area, boat launch, grills, screened in & open pavilion, and a playground. The Roosevelt

I built this cabin in 1989, this property has a lot of history, it was part of the land that my father in law acquired from the Roosevelt program, I believe that was in 1932, he was one of the few original settlers. we have 25 acres we are in process of making walking trail that will wind back and forth through the entire property. will be a good chance of seeing all kind of wildlife including deer turkey, squirrels and all kind of birds. Woodscape Cabin is made up of three units that are connected with interior doors that are open to create one sizable cabin and is the star of the area with the most to offer. Or relax inside with a game room, 3 fully stocked kitchens, 4 private indoor jacuzzis, 4 queen-sized beds and 4 sleeper sofas. Play, cook, and rest in comfort. Woodscape is the perfect getaway.

Enjoy resort amenities like fishing, tennis, a seasonal pool, putt-putt, and a playground. Pet-friendly (fee applies). Just 3 miles (5 minutes) from Callaway Gardens (not located within). Perfect for families and friends to unwind. Everything you need in what we hope will be your home away from home! :) (No extra guests or parties allowed.)

Lake Therapy

This is a place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. This is not a place to party. If you are looking to have a party this is not the place. There are full time residents living nearby and do not wish to be disturbed. This is a place to linger as you sip wine or coffee on the deck and watch the sunrise or set over the water; relax around the fireplace indoors or the firepit outside. Recommendations for activities and food are in the Welcome Book on the coffee table.

Mistical cabin in the woods near Callaway!

A short drive to Callaway Gardens & Roosevelt Park. Few people even know it exists except the owners whose family has occupied this land since 1835 . An hour South of Atlanta, the cabin is not primitive, it has all the modern convenience sitting on a 20 ac tract with bigger tracts of land adjoining. I have a five person sleep accommodation but if you are a larger family I can make an allowance. It is a very safe area and we are available if you need us.

We are 25 miles to Callaway Gardens and less than 30 miles to Ft Moore.
