Works can’t describe how beautiful and cozy being that close to lake were. It began snowing while we were in the hot tube. The lake disappeared little by little including the little island in the middle. Until it was virtually a white out! I can honestly check one off the bucket list it was amazing!

This was a charming and unique place. The grounds are really lovely. It's right on the main road that runs alongside the lake, but we never heard any traffic. Plenty of parking in the driveway, nice size, fully equipped kitchen, and the owner proactively texted me to invite any questions I might have. Easy, manageable checkout tasks. The restaurants right down the street were really good! There isn't a grocery store nearby, but we brought everything we would need so not an issue.

This airbnb was awesome!! The house is so cozy and very clean!! The hot tub was great so clean and was easy to use! This area is very nice and quiet to get away! Love how the lake is super close! Thank you for the great stay. I’d recommend this airbnb to anyone!

We were impressed by the cleanliness and open feeling of the place. It was a little smaller than we expected and had very limited seating but fit our group of 3 ok. I can’t imagine it being comfortable for a larger group though unless you’re only using the place to sleep! Overall it was a pleasant experience, beds were comfortable, kitchen well-appointed and the hot tub was nice, but we did feel that the price, once the cleaning fee was added on, was a little steep.

Very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed to feel at home - plenty of linens, well stocked kitchen. Appliances, HVAC, showers all worked great. Peaceful backyard and neighborhood. Four adults and two dogs and we all had plenty of space.

Ashley was super helpful and flexible and the house was exactly as advertised.

Angela’s place was very clean and cozy. The Lake view is beautiful. Angela was a great host and was very responsive when I had questions. Highly recommended.

Connie’s house is a beautiful find on a small lake in southern Wisconsin. If you’re looking for a retreat from city life, this is the place. The home is comfortable and cozy with a great patio and a great game room. We really enjoyed the fussbal. We were there in the winter, but I’m sure the lake provides plenty of activities in the summer. Overall, a great option under 2 hours from the city. Recommended!

A very nice and peaceful place. The beds were comfortable, great pillows, overall a great place. The portable fans were a bonus! The backyard is inviting and quiet. We very much enjoyed the home. The home is welcoming and easy to feel at home in. Highly recommend!! Thank you for a nice weekend in Burlington!

WOW! This house has absolutely stunning views! It's well-equipped, clean, and charming, with a nice, open floor plan. Listening to the waves and birds was very relaxing. We enjoyed the picture windows, serene surroundings, and real fireplace each night. The neighborhood is safe, quiet, and peaceful. Great location... close to everything you need.

We enjoyed our weekend stay at Kyle's place as did our dog that we brought with us! Bay View is such a great neighborhood & this Airbnb is well-situated to walk to Kinnickinnic Ave where many of the great restaurants and bars are. The Airbnb was as described and immediately felt cozy, which was great for us on a cold Milwaukee weekend. Kyle gave thorough instructions on street parking to make sure we got the appropriate permit & followed the alternate side parking rules. He was also very responsive with questions we had during our stay and fixing the front door lock when it was unexpectedly not working. Would gladly stay here again!

We had a lovely stay at Katie's place on the lake! It was just like the pictures and descriptions. We enjoyed the paddle boat and kayaks as well as s'mores over the fire. Katie's place was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. She was very helpful and responsive. During the day we visited Old World Wisconsin, an easy 18-min drive where we explored the open air museum depicting housing and the daily life of settlers in the 1840s-1910s. We had great burgers at Gus's Drive In and yummy fish fry at Castaway's on Phantom. It was a wonderful weekend!

Linda's Airbnb was fantastic!! The house is right next to the water and it is a beautiful sight from the inside window. There is a fire pit and chairs outside to enjoy the lake. Overall, the house was extremely clean. We really enjoyed everything the house had to offer and definitely want to come back soon! Loved this spot!!

We just spent the weekend at Rachel's home in Horicon, Wi. with our adult granddaughters. We loved it!! It was so cozy and welcoming. We felt instantly at home. Every room was immaculate. The 3 bedrooms were lovely and a very nice size! The beds were oh, so, comfortable and the bedding choices of sheets and comforters on each bed were beautiful. Wifi was great! Very clean kitchen and well stocked. We had no problem making a nice meal and eating on the large dining table. We would definitely like to stay again when we are in the area. Thank you Rachel for your wonderful hospitality and for your quick responses and easy check in!

Rachel and Eric were wonderful host! They responded quickly. They were so kind to let us check in a little early! They live next door but never felt they were keeping tabs on us. The cottage is better than the pictures! The backyard is fenced in and so nice-it was a little cool so hoping next time we visit we get to spend time there. The Kitchen has everything you could need and very organized and easy to work in. The bath was stocked with shampoo, conditioner and soap and the towels were (like all of the linens) high quality. The beds were super comfy. The windows surround the place and loved the light they let in. They have great blinds on all the windows and doors! The location is close to downtown -we love all the restaurants and shopping in Delafield. You can see the lake from the front windows! The neighborhood feels so safe and walkable! My daughter left her phone in the cottage when we checked out and Eric was so kind to meet us (on Easter) to get it! We will be back!

This was a great weekend gateway spot. The location is only a few minutes driver away from the downtown area. The host was very friendly and helpful.
