Al 2° piano di un’antica casa in pietra, in un borgo collinare, l'appartamento, unisce charme e tranquillità. 2 grandi camere con panorama “aereo” su pianura e colline, salottino accogliente, ampia cucina attrezzata e bagno. La terrazza panoramica di 110 mq è condivisa con noi e con l’appartamento del piano terra, con spazi ampi e ben organizzati, così da garantire privacy e tranquillità.

Casa Myricae: relax tra olivi e camelie

La casa, ristrutturata pochi anni fa, è una tipica struttura che mantiene le caratteristiche dei casolari toscani. È l’ultima di un gruppo di case sul poggio più alto del paese di Pieve di Compito con alle spalle uno splendido oliveto. Ha un giardino curato, con piante caratteristiche della zona, in particolare le antiche camelie della lucchesia. Il giardino finisce in un declivio a balze erbose coltivate a frutti. Myricae ha una corte privata dove è possibile parcheggiare l’auto.
