This is a very comfortable alternative to hotels with the hospitality culture. Cherry hardwood flooring throughout, a German/European feel as well. This is an ADA friendly property and the only steps (3) are on entry. Deck off the bedroom door with a small hot tub or cool tub if it’s hot out ! Street parking for one or two vehicles. Should you require 2 vehicle parking please discuss with me prior to arrival. I consider neighborhood parking etiquette very much!

The suite entrance has a kitchenette, refrigerator , microwave, coffee maker,complimentary coffee. This room acts as a secondary bedroom and has a twin size bed. The main bedroom has a queen size bed and a rollaway twin bed, HD Roku TV, big closets, and a desk. Private entrance, Street parking. Non-smoking. Private Bathroom with complimentary toiletries.

This unit features an EV charger and secure parking. The duplex has been recently updated with all new furniture and interior finishes. Decor was chosen with an eye towards vintage nostalgia. Our favorite item is the 1950s Wurlitzer jukebox loaded with old classics. The neighborhood is quiet and the apartment is spacious for a one-bedroom. Enjoy the workspace, full kitchen, and outdoor picnic and bbq areas. You should have everything you need!
