I would recommend this to anyone and everyone. This place is fun relaxing and just an awesome spot to get away.

We work in a rather hectic environment and were looking to get away in a secluded area; Jolynna's place was just what we wanted. The neighborhood was quiet, the house was cozy and clean with comfy beds, a well appointed kitchen and of course the relaxing hot tub overlooking the trees. My only regret was not waiting until it was warmer to enjoy the screened in patio, but I guess we'll just have to come back! Jolynna provided clear instructions, was readily available and clearly puts pride into offering a high-quality stay.

this play was absolutely wonderful! Was so nice to sit outdoors and enjoy coffee by a warm fire. Hot tub was a delight. Loved how quite it was and enjoyed the sounds of nature. easy drive to the lake and park!

I read the reviews before booking and wondered how the place could actually be even better than the photos and description, but here I am, telling you the same. This home was so incredibly perfect for our getaway. Every detail was perfectly curated and so much love was present. We truly felt like treasured guests more than just strangers visiting. I very highly recommend this home for any couple to relax, unwind, and reconect.

my wife, my dog and I spent a relaxing three day stay. we were in the area to see the civil war history. it was cold outside but warm inside due to the wonderful fireplace. we found it comforting at night to unwind around the fire. nice state parks in the area and plenty of places to hike along the river. the cabin was very comfortable and cozy.

Julie was an amazing host! She was very friendly and easy to work with, always making sure we were accommodated with everything we needed. The cabin is amazingly beautiful inside and out. The creek is stunning with clear shallow water. This is a nature lovers paradise! I highly recommend staying at this cabin for so many reasons! We are very pleased with the cabin, location, setting, and a wonderful host! We will be back! Thank you, Julie! We loved our stay!!

Such a lovely cabin! Very relaxing atmosphere! We loved the privacy. Very clean & accommodating. We only wish the weather had been warmer so we could’ve taken more advantage of the awesome screened porch area, the fire pit & grills. But it’s January, after all, lol. This was the perfect place for us to stay to spend time with our family from the area! We appreciated Kathryn keeping in touch! She’s very welcoming! We will definitely look to stay there again when the time comes in the future!

This was the perfect relaxing retreat! We were in the area for a gender reveal, and enjoyed the quietness when we weren't running around. Good fishing from the dock, and so much wildlife to take in.

My wife and I stayed here for a couple nights and had a great time! Our hosts were incredibly welcoming. The house was comfortable and clean. They allowed us to walk all around the property through the pasture and to a swimming hole. The horses are beautiful and friendly, we were able to pet and take a few pictures of them. The stream next to the house and the rooster were nice to listen to. It reminded me of when I was kid running around in the woods with my buddies. This place is close to our home and I'm sure we will be back soon. We had a very good time!

The place was beautiful. We enjoyed visiting with the owners. We had a lovely time love going for a walk out in the woods. We got to ride the four wheelers around the property couldn’t have had a better vacation.

Beautiful quiet place to stay!

This worked extremely well for our Scout troop to stay while we visited / hiked the Shiloh National Battleground. The cabin was very spacious and has enough room for leaders and scouts alike. We played the board games and really enjoyed the central kitchen to be able to gather at meal time.

This is the second time I've stayed here, and just like before, I loved it. it's such a peaceful little cabin, and even though it's not too far out, it still feels very private. I had such a quiet peaceful experience here, and I'll definitely return at some point in the future.

If you enjoy nature, fishing, water, privacy or need a reset in life then this spot is amazing! This place is very peaceful, words can't describe what stress reliever this place gives. Just steps away from the river/creek front- the water is so alive I can't even explain. Over 100 Long-nosed Gar wading and spawning literally to the right of the water. Catfish Galore! Bass, and some very beautiful fish I have never even seen. The lighting bugs light up the night sky and the frogs sing to you every night. The rushing water will put you sound to sleep if you decide to take a nap in the two person hammock.The cabin is very clean. The bed is very comfortable and the view from the bedroom window makes you want to get out of bed and go back to the water! And the hosts- such caring and loving people; never met such amazing hosts! They left a bucket full of everything you'd need to roast s'mores. Thank you guys for such a wonderful weekend and the memories we'll carry with us! 💜

Bret’s little cabin was so nice for a weekend trip! It was very cutely decorated and very spacious. Bret and Allie were very responsive and nice. Really great trip!

I'm not usually a review kind of girl, but this lodge went beyond what I was expecting. The photos show its beauty but I promise it's even more beautiful and pristine in person. They have quite literally every single one of your bases covered for ensuring your covered and comfortable! After a few change of plans, I ended up at the lodge just me and my dog and neither of us were short of entertainment once. Hands down my best Airbnb experience to date.

We stayed at the cabin for 10 days to visit with family that lived locally. The location is absolutely fantastic overlooking the Tennessee river. Patricia went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay. I can’t say enough good things about this cabin and Patricia, we will definitely stay here in all of our future trips to the area.

We love the Doublehead area! Lori and David’s house was clean, with nice, comfortable furnishings inside and outside! It was as pictured. We would recommend it as a place to stay, and would stay there again!
