This was our second stay at Alessandra’s Casa sul di Mare. We have only done the same AirBnB at this special place since traveling. It is the best location for the view and allows our daughter to play all day on the beach while we can see her right from the room. It has the best restaurants within a block and entertainment. It is historical and makes you feel like you transported back in time. Alessandra is a beautiful host and had the best recommendations for Cefalu. She was very helpful when our daughter was not well and offered to arrange for her to see a doctor. Only in Sicilia do you have such compassion and welcoming hosts like Alessandra. Grazie mille ci vediamo l'anno prossimo!

A very stress free experience. Anna’s place was very comfortable and tastefully decorated. Loads of storage in bedrooms, very well equipped and spotlessly clean. Neighbourhood was very quiet and just 10 minutes from a busy seafront

Francesco et sa femme ont été adorables, très accueillants et discrets. Le logement est situé à un emplacement idéal sur la magnifique plage de Mondello. Tout est accessible à pied ou en bus, Palerme se trouvant à 15 minutes. Francesco et sa femme nous ont offert une visite guidée de la ville. Nous recommandons chaudement ce logement !

Die Zeit bei Stefania war wunderbar. In Mondello hat uns alles erwartet, was wir uns gewünscht haben. Das Wetter war toll und wir konnten baden, sehr gut essen und auch wandern und Sightseeing war möglich. Palermo ist mit dem Bus unkompliziert und sehr regelmäßig zu erreichen. Nach gut drei Stunden Fahrt waren wir am Etna. Eine rundum gelungene Woche.

Anna went above expectations to provide transportation, suggest places to eat, orient us to the house and providing breakfast! I hope to stay here again for much longer than one night! Terrasini is a picturesque village.

Perfecte locatie om Cefalu en omgeving te verkennen. Gelegen aan het water op de rand van het oude gedeelte. Terras boven het strand waar je de zonsondergang kan bekijken. Wandelen in Le Madonie is een aanrader. In het verblijf is er alles wat je nodig hebt.

Der Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft in Mondello hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Der Check-In war schon vormittags möglich und der Kontakt immer sehr schnell und freundlich. Die Lage ist echt Top, nur ein paar Minuten zum Meer und zur Bushaltestelle, mit der man z.B. nach Palermo fahren kann. Die Ausstattung in der Unterkunft war wie angegeben und alles super sauber. Wir würden die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen!

We stayed for four weeks in march. We had a great time, we fell in love with the place and their lovely dog Fiocco who is very sweet, also to children. Therèse and Viviana were very kind and helpful when we had questions. The house is situated in the middle of a large lemon grove and a daily stroll to the sea (it's a pebble beach) is greatly recommended. The nearby village San Stefano di Camastra is great for an ice cream and a coffee. We expected more hikes to be near, as it is located right next to Nebrodi but finding and reaching hotspots (hiking or otherwise) was ultimately harder than expected. We encountered this across Sicily though and is not related to the house itself. Our children loved to roam around the premises and find their own little adventures. All in all, we had a great relaxed stay and felt in tune with rural Sicily.

Wir waren im Juli 2024 in Mondello und hatten einen traumhaften Urlaub. Die Strände und das türkisblaue Meer waren atemberaubend schön. Die Ferienwohnung unserer Gastgeberin Gabriella war genauso schön wie auf den Bildern, sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Terrasse spendet tagsüber Schatten und lädt abends zu einem Glas Wein ein – einfach wunderschön. Gabriella ist eine herzliche und liebevolle Gastgeberin, die immer telefonisch erreichbar ist. Ein besonderes Erlebnis war, als uns mitten in der Nacht die Haustür zugefallen ist und der Schlüssel von innen steckte. Wir riefen Gabriella an, und ihr Ehemann kam sofort, um uns zu helfen. Dafür sind wir sehr dankbar. Auch bei Fragen und mit nützlichen Tipps war Gabriella immer zur Stelle. Wir haben uns bei ihr sehr wohl gefühlt – besser geht es nicht. Vielen Dank, Gabriella, für diesen unvergesslichen, schönen Urlaub! Grazie mille ♡♡♡

Roberto est un hôte très accueillant, il est très réactif et nous a donné de très bonnes recommandations dans le coin. Il nous a même apporté le petit déjeuner par deux fois. La maison a une vue imprenable sur la mer avec un accès privatif sans espace de sable pour se poser mais avec une petite terrasse bétonnée. Nous avons également bien profité de la terrasse extérieure qui est à l abri du vent et où nous avons passé de très agréables soirées. Nous avons passé une bonne semaine en Sicile et la localisation très proche de l aéroport (15 min) était un plus. Les villes de Trapani, Palerme, Mondello, Segeste sont facilement accessibles à moins d 1h et Cefalu à 1h20.

An amazing getaway! A pristine, rustic, and cozy sicilian home nestled in a citrus and olive orchard with a 200 meter walk to the beach. Quiet, except for the birds and the occasional car. Full kitchen to cook what you learned at at a local cooking class and a great family run restaruant an few minutes walk away. Close to main roads for adventures out and a train station about a kilometer away if you prefer. The host was friendly and helpful with recomendations and understanding Sicily if it is your first time. He spoke English very well and a variety of other languages. This was a great location to live and breathe Sicillian culture and to have a quiet place to rest. Overall an amazing countryside stay that was still close to Cefalu and Palermo. Highly recommended!

the apartment was in the perfect central location with great restaurants right next to it! It was less than 10 minutes to the beach and the center. The place was clean and comfortable, and Claudio was a great host and easy to communicate with! Highly recommend!

we had great time at Giovanni's. his son and him were extremely friendly and we were well hosted. the house is a bit old but functional and if you need something, they will answer immediately at your request! the house was extremely cleaned and the position in frontoof the beautiful beach is amazing!

Antonio made check in so very easy. Helped us where to park. Met us at the apt. Beautiful, large, clean place. We loved walking to stores, beaches, bars, food. Highly recommend! Hope to be back again soon!

Place of Michelle and Doriana was cozy and in a great location with calm neighbourhood and beautiful view with the terrace. Everything looks as described and the recommendations were really helpful. Not sure really what negative we can see about it.

Perfect position for seeing the best of Cefalu. Comfortable, clean, quiet and equipped with all we could need, with so many thoughtful touches. Federico is a fantastic host from start to finish, collecting us from parking, suggesting restaurants, beaches, offering to help pick up guests from Palermo and much more. Grazie di cuore!

Our stay was beyond our expectations. The apt was clean, well appointed and the hosts were both very helpful and easy to communicate. The beds were very comfortable and kitchen was fully stocked with glassware and dishes. The view from the rooftop terrace was magical! Beautiful view of both mountain and sea. The hosts were very helpful in securing a taxi for our trip to airport. Rob and Francesco were wonderful hosts!

Mondello was a nice beach town, straight forward to take a bus to the city if you want to see Palermo. Enrico and Nicoletta had lots of suggestions of things to do and see, very nice and responsive hosts. The apartment had everything thing it advertised. The balcony was excellent and inside was very comfortable. They provided some small snacks and coffee. Nothing to complain about from us!

My daughter and I had a wonderful time in this lovely apartment. It is perfectly Iocated one street up from the main road full of shops. The kind hosts communicated well and were helpful when our train was cancelled by a strike. The apt included convenient amenities like AC (which we did not need), a desk, a washing machine and multiples T.V.s (which we used once to watch the Papal announcement!) The absolute best aspect of the apartment is the private roof terrace where we enjoyed water views and sunsets every night. We loved the beauty and charm of Cefalú and would definitely return here if we ever come back!

Die Whg von Maria ist zauberhaft! Besonders die hohen Decken, die geschmackvolle Einrichtung, die Austattung und die Aufteilung über 2 Ebenen fanden wir toll!! Ein echter Cefalù Tipp!!! Wenn wir die Stadt nochmal besuchen, dann buchen wir wieder bei Maria! Danke!
