The apartment was beautiful inside— much bigger than it looked in photos! Little thoughtful touches and very cool modernized but historic-feeling place. Bed was the comfiest on earth. The location is super walkable to everything you’d need and tons of great restaurants & shops very nearby. As it is downtown, this square / the street can have a little bit of sketchiness/people yelling as you walk by so just be mindful of your surroundings walking back at night. The restaurant downstairs is noisy til it closes if you’re a light sleeper, but that was disclosed in the description I think, and we were out late anyway so it was fine for us. We followed host’s parking advice which worked out fine. Beautiful spot & communicative host/clear instructions! Had a great & comfy stay.

This place was the perfect home base for my family during our trip to Portland! We felt right at home, and Haley & Diane were incredibly kind and responsive when we had questions. We loved exploring Evergreen Cemetery right across the street, and it’s a quick 8 minute drive to downtown. We hope to stay here again during our next visit to Portland!

This was our second stay in this apartment, and it is one of the nicest Airbnbs we've stayed in. Everything in is modern, in excellent condition, super clean and tidy, and perhaps most important, welcoming and homey. The instructions for staying in the house are clear and concise, and Betty is readily available should you need anything. The house is in a good neighborhood with easy access to anything in the Portland area by car, and plenty of options for food on foot. Highly recommend.

Stayed here for a long weekend and it was great. One of the best AirBnBs we have been to. Couldn't recommend it enough!

Jacks place is perfect for Portland! Will absolutely stay here every time I went to Portland and Jack was fantastic when I asked questions! Do yourself a favor and stay here !!!

Super clean and cozy, and a short stroll to everything Freeport has to offer. Jennifer and Jay were excellent hosts.

Roger was the perfect host! He greeted us upon arrival and gave us wonderful recommendations for restaurants. So many eateries and shops within walking distance (including incredible vintage)! Roger’s place was super clean and had everything we needed- including a comfy bed, snacks and day passes to the art museum. We felt safe and well cared for. We will certainly be returning!

We were remodeling our home and needed a place to stay for over a month and this place did not disappoint. The home is welcoming and super clean and neat. There were plenty of amenities for cooking and it was well stocked with paper products and a few toiletries as well as plenty of linens. It is so close to many great businesses and walkable to an excellent Gluten free bakery. The host was extremely kind and responsive to our needs- my son (7) said this home felt just like our own home. His favorite part was the “fancy fridge” that we could play music on and see different pictures according to the weather haha. Definitely a great place.

It was amazing! The house was perfect for our family, we have 3 kids and we all felt at home. Also very pet friendly! Allison was very nice and responsive and the neighborhood was very peaceful. I would recommend with no hesitation!!

My family and I stayed at Michael and Naomi's home in Falmouth and we had a blast! Their home is lovely and comfortably fit 4 adults and a toddler. We visited in August and had a couple of sticky days and were so happy that they had AC units throughout the home. This allowed our toddler to nap and us to relax in comfort. Their kitchen was well stocked with various coffees, creamers and all the cookware we needed to make our meals. The home was a short walk away from Mackworth Island and a quick 5m drive to Portland. It made getting around so easy! Michael and Naomi were very responsive and flexible with our arrangements and we would absolutely stay in the future! We loved it.

The home was very welcoming and accommodating for our family of 5. The views were spectacular at sunrise, sunset and during the snowstorm. Bald Eagles and hawks would land in the trees right in front of the house. Also, there was a skating pond down the street my family love to visit almost each evening. There was an alarm going off as soon as we arrived, Debbi was incredibly fast responding and sending someone to check it out clear it up. On the plus someone came and plowed the driveway after the snowstorm it was great. She left a basket of local food and my family ate it up. We are so thankful for our relaxing week and would love to return.

My girlfriend and I came to celebrate our one year anniversary. It was everything we hoped for and more, the kitchen had everything we could dream of, the beds were comfortable, the surroundings were immaculate, not to mention the hot tub and easy access to the beach. Our host was responsive and willing to help with whatever we asked. All in all, it’s a beautiful location where Arian provided everything we could ask for to make the most of it. Would come back in a heartbeat!

Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jennifer’s! She was so kind to provide a pack & play for our baby and send over a long list of family friendly restaurant recommendations. We used many of her suggestions. Very comfortable stay in a beautiful sunny home!

We decided to take a very last-minute, whirlwind trip to Maine… i scoured area Air B n Bs but James and Jorie’s place really stood out. Little did I know that it would be better than the listing…. The house was extremely clean and so beautifully designed- Bright! Light! And spacious. It was also the most well-stocked rental I have ever stayed in. They thought of everything!! And went out of their way to make us feel welcome and at-home. We took full advantage of the sunny Easter weekend on the porch, walked the mile down to a beautiful preserve and trail system multiple times, and our 5-year-old daughter throughly enjoyed the swing overlooking the pond. She also loved all the things available for kids… small play table, books and blocks. We loved how quiet and private it was, and as an added bonus was serenaded at night by an intense concert from the peepers around the pond. It was magical! Jimmy was quick to respond and so flexible and accommodating to our family. We are grateful.

Or stay exceeded or expectations. We rented the place for my 60th birthday with seven other women! Everything was top notch, very clean, very comfortable very cozy. Everything we needed to cook was available the beds we are very comfortable. The bathrooms were clean organized. We could not have asked for anything more. This was one of the most organized, clean places easy accessible to town. Kennebunkport is stunning. I will definitely rent this place again. Thank you so much Tim for your kind hospitality and all your help and for the beautiful Maine goodies, you left us ! So thoughtful and sweet !

Easy to find. The description is accurate. The views are breathtaking. I enjoyed waking up early and sitting on the balcony with a cup of coffee watching the freshmen start their day and head out on their boats. Great walking area.

excellent location which made for a lovely stay. very easy to get in and out with no issues whatsoever. Tons of hot water made multiple showers in a row between users a breeze . TV's in every room worked well for those who needed a break from children shows and was a great addition. lovely stay all around and very glad we came!

We loved this place. Everything about it was just as described and perfect. Definitely recommended it and would stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay! The place was very clean. The hosts were responsive and helpful. The train does go right behind the place at an intersection. The horn is very loud, which was hard for our toddler. Just something to consider if you’re traveling with infants/toddlers. Overall, would definitely recommend!

We enjoyed staying at Steph’s place in Portland. The location is great and is near many restaurants and bars. Steph provided many recommendations on different spots within the city. We were within walking distance to everything in the Old Port area. The included parking spot is super convenient as well. The apartment was super clean and comfortable. The shower has super strong pressure and the hot water may not get super hot at times. Overall, we had a great experience and would love to stay again when we visit Portland.

Great location to be able to walk to the shops and restaurants, art district, theatre, etc in town. Cute and cozy condo in a building with beautiful original character. The list of recommendations was appreciated and helpful. Host was very responsive and friendly and flexible when possible. We enjoyed our stay here for our first visit to Portland!

What a wonderful stay my family and I had! With two small children it was so nice to be in walking distance of so much! My wife especially took advantage of the coffee shop next door! Would recommend to family and friends and plan on booking again next year!
