Right in the middle of town, cozy, and just right. We felt right at home! Sue made it really clear how to find everything (useful as we checked in late at night during snow season). We had bottled water and a few snacks upon arrival which was very nice, and Sue was communicative all the time when we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

They were super hospitable, friendly, and gave great recommendations for spots nearby.

Great location and stay

I have stayed in this apartment for one straight month and I have to say it is very suitable for long-term stays, clean, relatively new, completely furnished and it has everything you need from a place. Moreover, the host, Betty, was always reachable and very supportive. I can't mention any flaw.

Last min needed a rental. Hreat times away was super responsive. anything I needed was sent right away. condo was clean and comfortable. Definitely would visit again or stay in their other properties.

This was the best stocked Airbnb that I have ever stayed at. If you forgot to bring something, not to worry it was here. The view of the Hudson river in that region is unmatched. You will not find any more scenic. Clean, modern open floor plan that lets in plenty of light to allow the full experience of the extraordinary view. It is not far from the historic and notorious Sing Sing correctional facility. I wish I could have stayed longer.

Great lake view and very peaceful surroundings. The place was as described and overall a nice stay. Slightly awkward that the bathroom didn’t have a ceiling, but not a big deal. Also saw an otter swimming in the lake!

This is a delightful place! The location is peaceful, the decor gorgeous and the hosts easy to work with. I enjoyed my stay so much, feeling instantly right at home. And the fresh eggs that are right there in the frig (wow), well, I was happier to have them than I had anticipated! It's just minutes away from New Paltz.

Nice and clean house with a hot tub that is well maintained! Getting into the driveway was a bit scary due to the weather and plumbing is a bit finicky but we had a great stay overall and the owner was very prompt with responses!

This was our second time staying at Stavros’ place with our kids (4 & 6 y.o.). As expected, another 5-star stay. If you’re looking for a peaceful, secluded place unwind and enjoy family activities, look no further, this place has it all. While the game room is always a huge hit with the kids (and parents), it’s the surrounding nature that makes this property unmatched. Absolutely stunning grounds, surrounded by forest, 2 ponds and a creek, our family was entertained for hours everyday. The kids caught (and released) fish, tadpoles, salamanders and frogs in the ponds. Splashed and hiked along the creek. And of course, an endless supply of firewood was a plus! Stavros is an exceptionally friendly and accommodating host. Best of any Airbnb host we’ve experienced.

Loved our weekend at the Lilac house and cannot wait to get back up here another time. Kathy was extremely responsive and helpful with any questions we had. The house sits off in a quiet setting, but so easy to get down to Woodstock and other attractions near by. The house was stocked with pretty much anything you can think of. Our favorite part was the hot tub and fire pit. 10/10 Kathy! Thank you again for the lovely stay.

Our fourth stay and again wish it could have been even longer. Our dogs are so comfortable there and the vibe is so relaxing. We don't drive but it's easy to walk the rail trail, go to restaurants in town and visit the two nature sanctuaries nearby.

I will echo all the other reviews and say this is the best AirBnb I’ve ever stayed in. The house is beautiful, so cozy and great for a large group. We only used the den fireplace but if we stayed longer I would definitely used more (the primary bedroom!). Well equipped kitchen and bathrooms. The grounds are great, our pup had the best time exploring. Veronica is incredibly responsive, really easy to communicate with, and a warm and welcoming host.

I loved this house! I can't say enough good things about it and the host. The house is so well designed, decorated and appointed. This truly is a home someone cares about and designed with sophisticated taste and high standards. Top quality cabinetry, fixtures, linens, lighting, appliances. The beds were comfy with nice quality bedding, Bathrooms were so beautifully renovated. The kitchen was a joy to be in, especially with the heated floor that kept things cozy on a winter weekend. The hot tub was fun and a nice way to end the day. The house is walkable to a cute part of town full of interesting shops. And the town is equidistant from Woodstock and Rhinebeck which were also fun to stroll through for a girls weekend.

The property was beautiful. The house was modern and great. There was a small issue with housekeeper but our concerns were immediately addressed with the utmost professionalism. Couldn’t have asked for a better Easter weekend. Thank you

Wonderful spot in Cold Spring! Very near the town center, trains, and lots of hiking trails in the area, but private and tucked away. Was a perfect spot for a group of 6. Highly recommend.

Anabel was a great host. I loved staying in West New York for the first time and exploring Bergenline. The flat is well supplied with everything you would need in a house and it has beautiful views of the New York skyline. It is about a 30-45min bus drive on the 159 to NJ transit hub right next to Tine Square. Anabel was a very friendly and helpful host. Thank you Anabel. I would most definitely recommend this Airbnb and I hope to be back again soon (possibly for the FIFA World Cup ;-D )

Het was heel fijn om bij Josefina te verblijven. Ze is een supervriendelijke en warme vrouw. We voelden ons meteen thuis, terwijl we tegelijkertijd alle vrijheid hadden om ons eigen ding te doen. We hebben heerlijk geslapen in een zeer comfortabel bed en hadden geen last van lawaai of licht. Ondanks de nabijheid van de drukke straat Broadway ligt het appartement zelf in een rustige straat. Op nog geen 10 minuten wandelen zijn er twee metrostations, die je snel en vlot naar het centrum van New York brengen. Het is echt een superplek om te verblijven: buiten de drukte van het stadscentrum, en toch vlakbij.
