Beautiful place in the heart of the charming town of Lexington. The beach and harbor are within walking distance as are shops and restaurants. Suite is above a theater so if there's a show going on, you will hear everything but show usually wraps up by 10 pm.

I can't believe this spot doesn't have more reviews! My partner and I are long distance and were able to meet halfway last minute. I saw this place and messaged right away about a possible accommodation. I was messaged back right away and the host was so kind to provide our accommodation! When we arrived the place was easy to find, clean, and had all promised amenities. Overall a lovely private stay for my partner and I. We look forward to booking with Parvin in the future!! Great place to stay in the area, very clear instructions and the space was pristinely clean. Incredibly low ceilings should be noted in the listing but as long as you are only using the space as a place to sleep and maybe eat, it was perfect for what we needed.

Excellent communication. Great location. Excellent parking. Very clean. Located on the quieter side which was great. One minute walk to south beach which was very quiet and nice. Ten minute walk to main strip, excellent shopping, restaurants and beach.

Well stocked . Everything you’d ever need. And thoughtfully so- stainless steel cookware. No complaints. Great stay.

It was such a great place to have a girls weekend! The hosts responded promptly! We loved using the hot tub and being able to have a living room to hang out in for movie nights! Would definitely recommend!!

From the moment I messaged Louise she was very open,honest and kind. Super easy to get a hold of and responded quickly. Answering anything I asked. The home is gorgeous. I cant even begin to tell you how beautiful it really is. Every minor detail, decor piece and little detail is so well put together, homey and thoughtful. The house has a welcoming feeling about it to the point where youre so calm and at peace. That doesnt come easy. The rooms are spacious, and lots of storage if you need it. Bedding and beds are wonderful. The bathroom is also super amazing with a double sink for getting ready. The yard is stunning and well maintained, you can tell she takes great pride in every aspect of their home. It was a dream to stay here and I can not recommend it enough!! If you have the chance, please go stay here.

This place has been one of the best places I have been to. Charlene and John are really great people who are welcoming, made us feel like home with everything available as described. The location and ambiance is great with peaceful environment and beach is just 10 minutes drive. Amenities like hot-tub, fireplace made the experience even better. We highly recommend visiting this place.
