(Supermarket, Library, Doctor, Pharmacy, Dentist, Hairdresser Beautician, Massage, Deli, Cafes, Fruit Shop, Gelato, (Two cafes do delicious frozen meals.) all within 3 mins walking distance. 10 min walk to Days Bay, a stunning beach that has a Ferry to the CBD. The East by West Ferry takes 25 mins. (eastbywest co nz) Kayaks and bikes are at Days Bay in summer to hire. The area a is ideal for those needing to work or check in with work. 10 min walk to Woburn train station.

Easy walk to Jackson St shops, cafés and restaurants. Petone Beach and Railway Station within a 10min walk. Percy's reserve and walking tracks close by. Wellington city a 10 min drive (off peak). The InterIslander Ferry is a less than ten minute drive off peak. Perfect to catch an early morning Ferry, or late afternoon disembark. Supermarkets, specialty stores, cinema and pharmacies. Petone pretty much has it all including a Kmart which is quite literally at the end of the street.

Private mini studio; bedroom, bathroom and breakfast area which is completely separate from the main house in a beautiful bush setting in Lower Hutt. TV with Free View, and Chrome cast We do not have a kitchen or cooking facilities in the suite. It is a bed & breakfast only. There is a microwave for reheating. Plenty of eateries in Lower Hutt, Petone &beyond Parking: Free on-street parking, on quiet, safe road opp. our shared drive - with a street light. Off-street unavailable. 🌈🌈

A new home recently built on the Petone foreshore. A short walk to shops, restaurants and cafes, Lighthouse cinema, art galleries and of course the beach. Buses close by and the train station to Wellington about 10 minutes walk. The purpose built accommodation is on the ground level with the owners living above. Guests will have their own separate entrance. The unit consists of one queen sized bedroom, kitchenette, lounge/dining room and bathroom with bath, shower and toilet.
