Great place, really nice to stay at. Comfy beds and lovely touches with the crumpets jam, teas and coffee. Well decorated and nice outside space out the back too. We had a good time. Only points would have been nice to have an armchair in the front room as there was 4 of us. There was some parts that needed a bit of a clean and a few spider webs in corners etc but didn’t affect our stay.

We had a wonderful stay! the property had everything we needed and more. Very comfortable beds in clean, lovely bedrooms. Great kitchen and bathrooms... and of course the games cupboard! thank you!

We have stayed a few times and would stay again. Home from home, beautiful house and Fiona is very friendly and helpful.

Great stay. Friendly & helpful host. Lots of character in the house. The only down side for me ( but not the rest of the party )was the steps up from the car port to the house as I am a little unsteady on my legs. But other than that a great place. Lovely pub just down the road too

Wow, what can I say. This beautiful little gem of a place is just so fabulous. Situated in a tiny village ( one pub and general store) you get to appreciate the space and quiet around you. The house has a fabulous garden to relax in, with a lovely decked eating area. Very dog friendly too ( my spaniel loved the garden) The accommodation was clean, stylish and cosy. The bed was super comfy and the mezzanine gave a different view of the chapel. Cressida was always available and responsive, giving recommendations for places to eat. However, kings Lynn is just down the road ( by car) and there’s plenty to do there plus all supermarkets etc. just such a fabulous stay. I’m looking forward to coming again in the autumn months, so I can light that lovely coal fire. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Everything we needed and more ❤️

Wendy was a super friendly, helpful and responsive host from the moment I enquired about booking until the moment we checked out. Her place was exactly what you want from an Airbnb, a real home from home. It’s cosy and comfortable and stylish throughout and feels very spacious considering it’s a maisonette. It was well equipped and had everything we needed for a two night stay to visit friends nearby. We’d definitely stay here again if we were in the area and we’d recommend to anyone else. I had an amazing stay at this place! The space was incredibly clean and well-maintained, making me feel right at home from the moment I walked in. The house was also very spacious, providing plenty of room to relax and unwind. The pictures just don’t do it justice. Swimming pool and Sauna was a nice touch for sure and definitely made use of it. John was responsive and helpful, making the entire experience seamless. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay

Good accommodation in a beautiful area, very quiet, perfect for a " getaway." Accommodation was very clean.

Patricia's home is lovely, warm and cozy. We booked at the last minute so that our family could spend Christmas together. We appreciated the lovely welcome and provision of staples like milk, butter, tea, coffee, juice and also crusty bread. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a full Christmas dinner with ease. Patricia had even gone to the trouble to decorate her home for Christmas for us, which was very special. We all enjoyed our time together there. It is a bonus to have a full bathroom and an extra toilet for a family, too. The setting in the park is peaceful and welcoming and there are nice walks around the woods and lakes; our dog loved it, too. This is a wonderful place to stay in every way and Patricia is a very thoughtful and accommodating host. Thank you!

Marc, the host, was extremely helpful and responsive. He ensured we had all the necessary information prior to arrival. There was an issue with the first bathroom toilet, however Marc immediately offered for someone to come and have a look at it. The place was very peaceful and had a beautiful setting. It was cosy and we felt right at home! We only stayed for one night but we will definitely be returning! Lovely place and beautiful surroundings Thankyou!

Staying here was brilliant, the hosts are very friendly. The room is modern, spotless and has a nice homey feel. The hot tub is top quality and the pool looks beautiful even though it was too cold for us to use. It’s a fairytale at a great price, the area is gorgeous and a 15 minute train ride away from Cambridge, overall great location!

I didn’t stay personally, but my partner and daughter went there for a weekend, the place is wonderful, especially if you have dogs. Beds are comfortable and all round reports were positive. The only things worth a mention I suppose our lack of Wi-Fi/phone reception and also if you are driving a van the people on the gate can be quite unhelpful. Probably best mentioning it in advance so the owner can have a word but my family loved it and would happily go back 😊

We have had a wonderful stay at Penn Hill this week. Jo and Richard were friendly, warm and welcoming and we were made to feel right at home. The location and house are stunning and we have already booked to go back again!

The cottage was amazing cozy, clean, and exactly what we needed for a relaxing stay. Angela was a fantastic host and responded to all my queries very quickly. Highly recommend.

We've stayed a number of great air bnbs and this one was excellent. So relaxing and peaceful. Place was spotless. Celebrated a birthday and Michelle was very kind. Would loved to have stayed longer. As much as place was great Michelle was an even better host. So attentive and thoughtful. Recommend completely.

Our stay was exceptional from start to finish, Zoe was a brilliant and friendly host, with great communication and she made our stay a breeze. The bungalow is modern, clean, nicely located and perfect for a family of 4. We only stayed for one night, but with more time on our side we would have loved to have stayed for much longer. Really nice place to stay if you are in Loughborough for a few days. A nice neighbourhood with close access to supermarket, coffee shops and a 30-40 minute walk to the town or University. Would wholly recommend!

The house was one of the nicest we’ve stayed in. We loved what the owners had done to the property. The attention to detail was great. Both the interior and exterior spaces were very well designed and the workmanship and quality of fittings etc. were exceptional. If we lived nearer we would be asking for details of all of your contractors! 😊 Bedding and towels were of good quality. Felt rather like staying in a boutique hotel.

Great location in a beautifully fitted out cabin. Perfect for a short 15mins walk to the Crawford Arms to watch some live music. Thanks very much Jack. We will definitely be visiting again.

Went away for the weekend and had an amazing stay. The Shepard’s hut was spotless with all the amenities listed. The hot tub and outdoor space was lovely and easy to use. The local area was stunning, with lovely walks and restaurants near by. A perfect getaway.

Had a lovely stay in the Daisy Pod, nice and chilled out which was just what we needed had a nice walk into the village. The pod itself was spacious and had everything we needed. Lindsay the host popped her head in and was lovely and friendly, would deffo recommend and would return! Thank you
