Stare in questo appartamento è stato come sentirsi a casa, ma in una casa meravigliosa, immersa in una pineta vista mare. Francesco è stato sempre presente e disponibile con noi e ci ha aiutati a muoverci sull'isola e ci ha presentato altre magnifiche persone. Fin da subito ci ha trasmesso il suo amore per l'isola e ha fatto innamorare anche noi dandoci consigli e raccontandoci delle storie. Tutto perfetto nell'appartamento. I letti comodissimi, la cucina ben fornita e la casa davvero silenziosa. Se potessi, tornerei domani.

Ottima esperienza. Appartamento pulito, funzionale e perfetto per 2 persone. Comodo e piacevole lo spazio esterno perfettamente attrezzato per godere del sole o per mangiare all’ombra di un ampio ombrellone. Strategica la posizione, praticamente a 2 passi dal mare. Speriamo di riuscire a tornare anche la prossima estate.

We loved our stay at La Perla in Termoli. The apartment is located in the beautiful alleys within the old centre and walking distance to the passiagiata street where so many walk in the evenings - shopping, eating gelato and dining in the many restaurants and bars. Vibrant! The beach was being set up for the Lido’s for the summer season - with many enjoying the sun, sea and sand with the great weather. Thanks to Maurizio and Mirella - and their son for providing such a lovely apartment, and for going above and beyond to assist at check in. We would definitely recommend this to others.

Dato che avevo un Matrimonio a pescara ho decido di concedermi un po di relax tra gli ulivi di Silvi... La casa è bellissima e pulita , in una zona rilassante e tranquilla! Brunella e gaetano sono stati host gentili e disponibili, mi hanno dato consigli sui ristoranti migliori, le spiagge piu vicine e i posti nei dintorni piu interessanti da vedere. L'amaca vista mare è stata il mio punto preferito della casa!!

Davide and his father were extremely helpful and accommodating, we got there late ( airline issues) and it was not an issue for them at all. Their local recommendations were spot on, everything is within walking or biking distance and there are a ton of things to do. I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a quiet and peaceful place to unwind and relax.

This is the type of house you always dream about staying in. Right next to the sea and great views over the bay and Marina di Vasto. The old town is a less than 30 minute (brisk uphill) walk from on the house, but Marina di Vasto itself already offers a host of bars and restaurants. Francesca went above and beyond anything to make sure our stay was as perfect as could be. We loved the house and the garden. Great spot to start exploring some of the great things Abruzzo has to offer! Absolutely loved our stay and cannot compliment Francesca enough for her help and responsiveness. Thank you!

Nicola was very responsive when booking as I had accessibility requirements that were needed. He worked with me to make sure our Nonna would be comfortable and have privacy without the use of stairs. The views were spectacular and the pool was much appreciated in the August heat. There was plenty of room and space for all 11 of us to enjoy our time together and take a break if needed. We enjoyed fireworks right from the terrace nearly every night as it was festival season and ventured down to the marina a few times. I would highly recommend Nicola’s Villa to larger families or groups. Thanks so much!

Wat een schitterende locatie om te verblijven. Zeer gastvrije en vriendelijke Gabriëlla en familie. Erg hulpvaardig om je verblijf aangenaam te maken. Het appartement op de begane grond is werkelijk uitstekend en van alle gemakken voorzien. Zeer fraaie uitgevoerde renovatie van een boerderij tot in de kleinste details door een architect uitgevoerd. Vanuit de prachtig aangelegde tuin en vanuit het appartement heb je een rustgevend uitzicht op de zee. Ook heerlijk is het gebruik van het slim aangelegde zwembad. Wij hebben er ontzettend genoten. Alles was was keurig in orde en zeer schoon.

L alloggio è bellissimo, camere grandi e terrazzo vista mare per mangiare in compagnia. La piscina ed i servizi sono eccellenti, tutto molto bello. Mancherebbe solo un accesso diretto alla spiaggia perche quella più vicina alla casa è un po’ scomoda per via degli scogli. La gentilezza e la cortesia degli host è sicuramente un plus

Sister met us with the keys, pleasant and attentive to our needs! Private car parking with gate was a plus, bars right outside was perfect for cappuccinos. Beach so close! Easy access to highway if driving. Central location to other major cities. Highly recommend!

La casa si trova in una posizione ottima, a tre minuti di macchina dal centro di Francavilla e dal mare ed è dotata di uno spazioso parcheggio chiuso con cancello. Nelle vicinanze ci sono molti supermercati. L'appartamento è stato recentemente ristrutturato ed arredato con gusto e con un tocco personale che lo rende davvero accogliente. Abbiamo apprezzato la pulizia impeccabile e l'atmosfera silenziosa. Quello che ci ha sorpreso di più sono le attenzioni di Viviane che ci ha accolti con un piccolo aperitivo e messo a disposizione due biciclette. La casa è fornita di tutto il necessario e anche di più: abbiamo davvero apprezzato la presenza del caffè e di prodotti per il bagno come dentifricio e crema corpo. Può sempre capitare di dimenticare qualcosa e queste piccole attenzioni fanno molto piacere. Se aggiungiamo che rispetto agli appartamenti della zona i prezzi sono più convenienti vale davvero la pena scegliere l alloggio di Viviane per il proprio soggiorno.

What a wonderful stay. We wanted to pick up the flat and take it back to England it was so beautiful. Excellent location. Great communication with host and terrace a stunning view. The gelato bar downstairs was a standout find and the food market Santa Chiara! All sheets toilet roll and towels ample. Thank you Alessandra for a very comfortable stay!

Appartamento confortevole, la cucina ha tutto, lo spazio è ampio, bagno con lavatrice e detersivi, un’appartamento top ma la cosa che la rende migliore è la gentilezza e disponibilità di Francesco e suo papà che si sono messi a disposizione; sembrava di essere a casa!

Appartamento nel cuore di Ortona, in area tranquilla e facilmente accessibile. La casa è spaziosa, pulitissima e confortevole e Anna è stata molto disponibile durante il check-in. Unica pecca: manca l'aria condizionata ma con i ventilatori il caldo diventa sopportabile.

un soggiorno splendido, ci siamo sentiti come a casa! la casa bellissima, lo spazio pulito e aperto sul mare, assolutamente da ripetere! Pietro e Manola adorabili e disponibili per ogni info. non ci han fatto mancare nulla. un'esperienza indimenticabile per noi e per mio figlio, che non voleva più tornare a casa!

Es war wirklich eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit allem was man braucht, tolle und stilvolle Einrichtung. Durchdacht mit den Aufbewahrungsmöglichkeiten für die Kleidung. Induktionsherd und Waschmaschine und einer Regendusche. Wunderschön mit dem Holz an der Decke und wichtige Klimaanlage in jedem Raum. Vermieter waren immer errwichbar und haben sofort geantwortet. Check in und Check out waren super und persönlich durch die Vermieter. Können wir nir empfehlen. Es ist eine sehr schöne und eher belebte Umgebung mit einem wunderschönen Strand.

The accommodation is in my opinion great value for money, clean and spacious and in a good central location. The beach is only a 5 minute walk away and within 50 metres there is a bar, bakery and a delicatessen. A supermarket, take away pizzeria and restaurants also within 100-200 metres. Will certainly try to book again next time we come.
