Wir hatten wundervolle Tage an diesem besonderen Ort! Im Seehaus haben wir uns sofort wie Zuhause gefühlt und die Musiksammlung und gemütliche Atmosphäre sehr genossen! Der Garten und die Sauna waren noch zusätzliche Extras, welche zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebniss führten! Vielen Dank Elizabeta für die ausführliche Beschreibung und rasche Rückmeldung! Wir waren rundum zufrieden und werden wiederkommen!

We had a wonderful 2 nights at the cabin and wished we could have stayed longer! The place is very charming and cozy and we felt right at home. The area is beautiful and it is just the right place to get away from the stress of the big city. It is also a great spot to go on a hike to the Pellumbas cave. We had two mostly rainy days here but couldn’t think of a nicer place to spend them. Cozy raindrop soundscape on the roof included. The restaurant owner if the Pasha restaurant was really friendly and accommodating, food was simple and very delicious, especially after a hike. Daniela was always approachable via text and always there to help us out, and her husband fetched us at the village entrance and brought us up to the cabin. Both were incredibly nice and welcoming. Overall, my favorite stay in Albania by far and would be happy to return some other time!

Very clean and exactly as described. First time in Mavrovo and we had many questions. Kristina was excellent communicating and gave us get advice. Highly recommend and best location.

I stayed here for a month and loved it. The house sits at the end of the village, a short walk from the lake and a fair distance from the local dogs the get a bit excitable at times. The rooms and decor are a bit dated, but there's plenty of space and it's extremely comfortable. I loved my room on the second floor, which was at the front of the building, looking straight out at forested hillsides and obliquely to the lake, with a balcony and big windows to make the most of the view and create a lovely sensation of airy space. The shower was hot and the kitchen, although small, has everything you need; anything it doesn't have, all you need to do is ask Dean and he'll provide it. He's a great host, always friendly and willing to go out of his way to make you feel comfortable. His dad lives in the house next door and is also a wonderful fellow. Not much happens in Leunovo - no restaurants, bars - but you can swim in the lake and there's great walking in the mountains. Highly recommended!

What a peaceful stay with a beautiful scenery. Great communication. Roughly 15 min from the centre. A couple of very nice restaurants and convenience store within walking distance. 10/10

We had an amazing stay at this charming house! The hosts were incredibly friendly. They even served us traditional, home-cooked meals from time to time, which was a lovely touch and a real highlight of our experience. Communication was easy, with messages being responded to almost immediately. The house itself is full of character, decorated with great attention to detail, and reflects the local traditions beautifully. While the house is fully equipped with everything you might need, it’s worth noting that the style is rustic, minimalist, and lacks luxury. For those who appreciate simple, traditional living and don't expect a 5-star-accommodation, this is a good fit. In the winter, the lower floor can be chilly, as it’s heated by a wood stove, which requires some time and attention to get the house warm. However, the upper floor is equipped with an electric heater/AC, which worked well. Overall, it’s a wonderful, authentic place to stay with truly exceptional hosts!

Our family came to ski and this was a wonderful place for our stay! Agon was very kind and helpful and everything was outstanding. We would happily stay again anytime we visit for future skiing!

This was a stunning place to stay for me and my partner, we loved everything about this place from the view to the restaurant! The staff there are lovely and make you feel right at home, it felt a bit of a shame to leave really, they all go the extra mile to make sure you’re okay and even helped out getting to local places so we could do things! The host was super helpful too, we had a bit of an issue to start with before we got there and the host was really proactive and helped resolve the issue and made sure we were okay we couldn’t have asked for anything else. The room itself was beautiful and comfy, just soo perfect for what we were looking for to make our first stay in Albania one to remember forever! Finally the restaurant was lovely and the traditional food is definitely worth trying, the staff were super helpful and looked after us while eating too! Hopefully we will visit again at some point…
