The villa has its own private infinity poolfrom 27 April to 30 September)and a nice garden with an automated irrigation system. The garden is fenced. The sea view is offered from a part of the BBQ area and from the master bedroom with a balcony :) The villa is modern, comfortable, and tastefully furnished.

It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.
