This is our “go to place” in Assisi!! Great home, centrally located, within walking distance of everything!!! Fabio is great, always responsive and accommodating! He gave recommendations for a shop for a birthday for one of our party on his birthday, we were able to surprise him, it was awesome!! We will be back!!

Soggiorno breve in un posto incantevole. Siamo rimasti veramente soddisfatti e piacevolmente sorpresi del posto in cui abbiamo alloggiato. Appartamento molto ampio con tutti i comfort e curato nei minimi dettagli. Self check in senza intoppi e Federica da tutte le informazioni per tempo in modo chiaro. Complimenti per l’alloggio ci torneremo sicuramente.

L’appartamento è ampio, in una zona tranquilla e vicina ad Assisi. Il giardino aiuta a rilassarsi e fare due passi. Molto comodo il parcheggio interno. I nostri due cuccioli hanno apprezzato il giardino e lo spazio a disposizione in casa. Gli host sono super disponibili e amichevoli. Consigliato se volete visitare Assisi e i dintorni ma stare anche in tranquillità

Excellent séjour chez Mario et Serena.. un lieu propice pour la visite de la région (Florence, Sienne....). Des hôtes d'une extrême gentillesse, avec toujours un petit mot agréable (en italien bien entendu😉).. Nous avons même eu droit aux tomates et melon du jardin...un vrai délice.. Si vous allez dans la région, une belle adresse à ne pas manquer...

The landlord is really lovely and nice, provide so many help for us, and the house is absolutely amazing! The view of the house really nice! Very happy and enjoyful journey

We highly recommend Federica’s place. The location was among the vineyards and the view was spectacular. The house was spotless and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed sitting in the back courtyard. We had privacy and enjoyed visits from Federica’s cats. We felt like we were home. Also, Federica gave us a great restaurant recommendation. She was responsive and helpful. Thank you, Federica!

Buongiorno, Sono molto contenta della vacanza a Gubbio. Federica e sua cugina Elena sono state molto disponibili ed accoglienti. La casa é molto bella e ha un giardino bellissimo.

Abbiamo trascorso tre giorni molto piacevoli nell’ alloggio di Felicita, e abbiamo apprezzato la sua simpatia, cordialità e gentilezza, ci ha fatto trovare tutto quello che serviva per la prima colazione caffè, latte, marmellata, fette biscottate ecc.. L’appartamento giusto per due persone era pulito e ordinato e si trova in un’ottima posizione. Consiglio a chi vuole visitare Spoleto e dintorni dí soggiornare da Felicita, noi abbiamo avuto un’esperienza molto positiva.

Maria is an amazing host! Her friendly welcoming nature made us feel at ease from the very start. Her attention to detail was amazing and her apartment was beautifully decorated. We had a few hiccups with transport and eSIMs which didn’t work, but Maria sorted everything out for us. We will be staying there again and next time we will stay for much more than just 3 days! Thank you Maria!!

The apartment is a two-storey studio in a house with two further apartements, that of the landlords and a second holiday apartment. Both the landlords’ apartment and the studio have roofed terraces with a wonderful view onto the Valle Umbra. Although landlords hardly use their terrace, a construction between the two terraces that would ensure privacy, would have been nice. The studio is tastefully furnished and artfully decorated. The landlords had prepared a welcome box, when we arrived!

The house is amazing: it has a beautiful panoramic view above a part of historical center of Perugia, two balconies, three levels and three bathrooms. It's located in a historical building, yet is very confortable and clean. It is close to the Museum of Contemporary Art and the historical center of Perugia. We reached the adress very easy using the minimetro of Perugia. Mauro was very friendly and responsive to our needs. We certainly recomand it for any visit in Perugia!

Abbiamo soggiornato qui tre notti. La posizione è ottima per visitare il centro storico di Arezzo a piedi e la zona è davvero molto tranquilla. Essendo centro storico, bisogna parcheggiare all’esterno per via della ZTL (attiva in determinati orari e giorni) Però in 5/10 min a piedi ci sono zone di parcheggio. Punto di partenza ottimo anche per visitare i dintorni, val di chiana e val tiberina.

We visited from California after traveling throughout Europe for 2 weeks. We were pretty sick of rubbing shoulders with other tourists. Our stay at this residence completely recharged us. The staff is wonderful, the pool is so nice (especially in this heat), delicious dinner, and all is in a secluded, magical location. The spa was a real treat at the end. Never experienced something like this before, it was amazing. Totally a five star experience.

Breve ma piacevolissima esperienza. Fabrizio è sua sorella sono gentilissimi e la zona splendida. Foligno è un ottimo punto di appoggio per le bellissime località limitrofe. Grazie ancora per l’accoglienza ricevuta alloggio tenuto in modo impeccabile. Speriamo di tornare presto Angelo e Sara

Prima volta a Perugia e non potevamo trovare di meglio: zona centrale, bellissima la passeggiata in centro per arrivare alle piazze principali. Casa super accogliente, molto ben arredata, molto pulita e con tutti i comfort: phon, asciugamani, lenzuola, caffé, the, biscotti, cartina della città, indicazioni sui ristoranti migliori. Nicoletta é stata un host incredibile: sempre reattiva e molto propositiva, mai invadente e super disponibile! Self-checkin e self-checkout ma la sua presenza é stata comunque una sicurezza! Se dovessi tornare sceglierei di nuovo questo posto!

Fabio was a very good host. He offered a perfect stay for my family of 8 adults +1 dog while attending a wedding in Citta di Castello. The location is about a 15 min drive from town but is surrounded by nature and wonderful views of the countryside. The two appartements are very comfortable and beautiful.

My husband and I fell in love with Olimpia’s place. We found it so beautiful and charming. Very quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed the gardens, the home, the pool, the view of the Tuscan countryside from the pool, and the delightfully strong coffee in the mornings in a romantic setting on the back patio. Olimpia and her sons were so kind and inviting. Only wish we could’ve stayed longer. Would HIGHLY recommend!

Struttura situata a 400 metri dal duomo di Orvieto. Casa stupenda con vetrata sul verde delle vallate. Struttura tenuta in modo impeccabile dalla signora. Ottima colazione, ampia e varia per ogni esigenza. Indimenticabile

Uno de los mejores alojamientos en que hemos estado. El edificio en un antiguo torreón medieval con jardín con vistas al lago, totalmente reformado y muy cómodo en el interior. La habitación bonita y muy limpia, todo perfecto y muy profesional. Lo mejor de todo, el trato de Mónica, siempre pendiente de que estuviéramos a gusto, nos recogió en la estación, nos dio recomendaciones sobre el pueblo y a la salida nos permitió dejar las maletas hasta la hora de nuestro tren. Los desayunos fantásticos, se adaptó a mis necesidades de comida sin gluten. Muchas gracias por todo, si volvemos a la zona nos alojaremos aquí otra vez sin duda!

ottima accoglienza, ottima posizione per visitare il centro storico con le magnifiche opere d'arte e gli innumerevoli ristoranti tipici. ottimo soggiorno, camera spaziosa bagno perfetto, ambiente prima colazione accogliente e fornita.

Alloggio pulito, dotato di ogni confort , in posizione strategica per visitare comodamente il centro di Orvieto. Carla e il suo compagno sono stati gentilissimi e cortesi . Veramente consigliatissimo

Such a lovely, peaceful stay. The b&b is beautiful and surrounded by amazing scenery. Host was flexible, friendly and very hospitable. Wish we could have stayed longer :)
