The apartment is beautiful and has everything you need. Location is great, just 10 min to Kennedy Park and San Isidro Business centre. We had some issues with the lift, however Milagros was responsive and communicate quickly to find a solution. Thank you.

Juan was a really great host and accomodating. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. I stayed for a couple weeks. The area is safe and Plaza Norte is a 15 minute walk, the bed is super comfortable, internet is pretty reliable and fast, the gym is dope, the desk and chair are comfortable, the kitchen is solid, the shower has hot water and the toilet has a nice flush. For the price its well worth it. There's some dog barking outside and the couch smells a bit like dog pee so I covered it with a blanket to mask it a bit. Otherwise, I have no complaints really!

La casa es bonita, espaciosa y tiene todo lo que se requiere. Tiene un parrillero o quincho que aprovechamos. Está muy cerca del parque principal y de supermercados

La casa del se Carlos cuenta con todo lo que se muestra en casa tiene todas las comodidades y todos los electrodomésticos que podría necesitar, la piscina es mucho más grande de lo que se aprecia en fotos suficiente para pasarla muy bien en familia, la terraza hermosa, muy buena comunicación con el dr Carlos, punto medio entre la reserva nacional de Paracas y la ciudad de pisco, definitivamente regresaría de nuevo 🤝

Refugio y Malena fueron muy amables, siempre atentas, buen detalle dejar frutas variadas y unas galletitas. Me parece que sería un plus colocar mallas en las ventanas y puertas.

Nuestra estancia en este alojamiento fue simplemente perfecta. Desde el momento en que llegamos, nos sentimos como en casa. La casa es sumamente cómoda, con espacios bien equipados y una decoración acogedora que invita al descanso. Cada detalle está pensado para que la estadía sea placentera. Además, la comunicación con Carol fue excelente. Siempre estuvo disponible y respondió con rapidez a cualquier consulta, lo que nos dio mucha tranquilidad durante nuestra estancia. Definitivamente, recomendaríamos este lugar a cualquiera que busque una experiencia cómoda, sin preocupaciones y con un anfitrión atento. ¡Esperamos volver pronto!

La casa estaba en perfectas condiciones y llena de accesorios para poder divertirse. Mis amigos y yo la pasamos genial en año nuevo. ¡Definitivamente muy recomendable!

Het appartement was nog mooier dan op de foto’s. De slaapkamers waren ruim en alles was brandschoon. Het was ook zeer goed uitgerust, alles was aanwezig voor een verblijf van een paar dagen. Het is rustig gelegen maar het centrum ligt toch op loopafstand. We hebben een zeer fijn verblijf gehad en zouden zeker nog een keer terugkeren!

Our stay at Javier’s place was an absolute dream! The views were truly breathtaking & worth every penny. Each room had a stunning view, & the natural light that poured in during the day was a breath of fresh air in itself. I especially loved sitting out on the balcony, soaking in the sights & sounds of the ocean & the Malecón. We had breakfast and coffee most mornings at the Buenavista Café, which is conveniently located right outside the building. There’s also a CityBike rack just steps away, which made it super easy to enjoy scenic rides up & down the Malecón. Honestly, I’m surprised this isn’t listed as a "Luxe" Airbnb, it certainly felt that way! Javier was quick to respond to any questions, and his warm welcome made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The place was spotless, safe, and came with excellent amenities. Even the little things like the shampoo & conditioner were so thoughtfully chosen. This place was top-notch. I wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else!

Mi estadía en el Airbnb de Jorge fue excelente! El lugar tiene una vista increíble al mar, perfecta para relajarse y desconectar. Es muy cómodo, limpio y bien equipado, ideal tanto para una escapada corta como para una estadía más larga. Me encantó la privacidad que ofrece y la zona es tranquila, segura y muy bonita, con acceso fácil a la playa y a restaurantes cercanos. Jorge fue muy atento en todo momento. ¡Definitivamente volvería!

Our family of 7 stayed here for the holidays. It was a spacious apartment with beautiful views! Amazing location too. Tere was an exceptional host! Always responsive! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!

This was my first trip to Lima, Peru and I was blown away by the accommodation, responsiveness of the hosts, and the rich culture of the neighborhood. The apartment was exactly as described, and had incredible natural light. Our flight arrived in the middle of the night and the check-in process was seamless! We loved being able to walk around to local shops, supermarket, restaurant, and the paths overlooking the ocean. Would highly recommend this apartment!
