Dave was awesome from the beginning, we had car issues on the way and he was flexible with the check in and offering assistance if required. When we arrived he met us and gave us a tour of the building as well as advice of local eateries. The place was beautiful and surpassed all expectations. Dave sent across details of restaurants and beaches to visit which was super helpful. A lot of hosts forget that their attitude towards guests is just as important as the accommodation. However, Dave has this dialled, cannot fault him or the apartment at all. Cheers Dave

Myself and my parents stayed here for a few days before they headed back to Ireland! What a beautiful space! The bedrooms are big, clean and such a modern twist to it! The whole house has a calming and earthy feel, we felt right at home here! The view of the sunset was next level! There was everything we needed inside! We watched a movie on the projector screen and there was microwave popcorn and a drink for us to have as complimentary of Sarah! We loved staying here! 10 minute walk to the beach, so close to trigg and scarbouragh beach ☺️ we were able to walk to places in the morning and evening time and felt really safe! Sarah was extremely responsive and you can clearly tell she wanted us to enjoy our stay! 5 stars without a doubt! We will defintley return! 😀

Very comfortable accommodation, modern and close to CBD and restaurants and nightlife. Tiffany was fantastic and very responsive when we needed anything, will recommend highly.

This place was everything we could have asked for during a long stay. The fully equipped kitchen and laundry made simple cooking a breeze, and the swimming pool and other facilities were spotlessly clean. The host had the apartment impeccably cleaned before our arrival, and with the CAT bus stop right across the street plus easy access to nearby shops, getting around Perth was effortless. I have absolutely no complaints—I’d love to stay here again on our next visit!

Super lovely Airbnb! The place was clean and exactly as described. It was walking distance to cafes but still private and quiet. The off street parking was great. The hosts had great communication and answered messages quickly.

The house was really beautiful and very spacious. Very impressed from the moment we walked in. We enjoyed kayaking, fishing, and crabbing. The host offered us complimentary early check in and late check out which was really lovely. The place is also in a great location.

Inna’s Airbnb was in a great location with a few shops in walking distance and a large shopping centre with in a 5 min drive with lost of restaurants, the CBD was only a 15 min drive.

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how thoughtfully the home was prepared for us. The fridge & pantry were fully stocked with everything we could possibly need, and there were more than enough necessities to keep us comfortable throughout our entire stay. It was clear that the owners had taken extra care to anticipate our needs, and we felt incredibly well taken care of. Clean and modern. Big space. Easily accommodated a family of 4 with room to spare. Provided everything that was needed and more. Professional, responsive host.

We had a perfect stay. The property was just what we needed with enough space for a large group. There were plenty of things to keep everyone entertained and we loved spotting the dolphins on our paddle boards every morning. The house was very well equipped with everyone that we needed and more!

Nathan and Hannah’s place had plenty of room for our party of 11. All 5 kids absolutely loved the trampoline and theatre room. The house was close to many attractions, malls and restaurants, yet it was tucked away in a safe and cosy neighbourhood. The place was spotless when we arrived and was everything we needed for our last few days in Perth. Will surely recommend and revisit.
