I will definitely come back to this house. We came as a group of 13ppl, we all enjoyed and had enough space. We stayed 5 nights, the cleaners came 2 day out of the 5 which we felt was just enough. Riz was available to assist with our Request and queries. i asked for a BBQ the next morning it was all set up ready to go. Safe neighbourhood. Just Amazing. Everyone in the Group were happy. Thanks to the Host and Riz

Very close location to downtown. Clean and usable studio space. If staying in downtown again would book here. Krystof was very commutative and helped us with any questions we had.

Both my wife and I stayed in this apartment. The location was superb and it gives access to all the sites of the city. During our stay Amira was brilliant checking in with us regularly and very responsive when we had questions. We would stay at this property again.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this Youstina's place! The house was beautifully maintained with a charming ambiance that made our stay truly special. It’s perfectly located, close to important places, local shops, and general stores, making it incredibly convenient. The view from the house was breathtaking with downtown high rises and Burj Khalifa seems like at a one hand distance —every morning felt like a postcard! The staff were extremely courteous, always ready to assist, and the owner was incredibly responsive and supportive throughout our stay, ensuring we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, scenic, and hassle-free stay. Definitely a five-star experience!

Very cozy and extremely clean. Host was very helpful. Kitchen was clean and in good condition. Place smells very nice. Check in and out was extremely easy. We escaped the traffic and noise on New Year’s Eve and the location was very quiet and peaceful. Such a nice place to walk around in.

Definitely recommend booking with Ruslana she is lovely. My booking was last minute after being disappointed by my previous booking. Ruslana was very quick to respond and approve my booking and within a few minutes and had all the instructions for checkin and location. It is self in anytime after 3pm, the building was easy to find and a good location. The property itself was very clean and modern, has all the essentials needs for a good stay. Ruslana definitely lifted my spirits after it was broke by my first booking. Would definitely be booking again if I have another trip to Dubai.

Amazing host, very responsive and helpful. The place was awesome for big family and friends who want to stay together and have an amazing homely feel. The kitchen were full of eatables and bathroom were spotless clean. Overall, the best place to stay in my opinion if one wants to opt for a villa. We really enjoyed the property, public water is a bit of a challenge but everything else was great, looked as good as it does on the photos, maybe even better! Mark accommodated all our requests and was very helpful, looking forward to coming again!
