It is within walking distance of the historic city of Bath with its spa, theatre, restaurants and other attractions. A cycleway is nearby which gives access to lovely local rides and walks. This one-bedroom Victorian flat is a 10-minute walk from Bath train station, the bus station and the city. Includes large living room, double bedroom, galley kitchen and bathroom. If you have a car, a digital permit will be supplied once the Reg No. is given. We cannot guarantee close parking because the parking bays are dependent on availability. Approx 10 steps lead up to the house. Bypass the main door to find a private entrance with the key lock. Steps then lead down to the main flat door.

You’re just minutes away from several coffee shops & restaurants on Widcombe High St and of course the Bath City Centre itself. Enjoy your riverside walks ?.... no problem, the river is literally facing my place. My flat is on the 1st floor, it’s very light and airy with a recently renovated bathroom/walk-in shower and modern kitchen with Bosch appliances.
