The home will comfortably sleep up to 7 guests & pets are welcome too! This location is 10 minutes to ARH, 5 minutes to HCTC, & surrounded by areas for hunting, fishing & trail riding. The home is also located within an hours drive to the Red River Gorge, several lakes, ATV parks, mountain bike & hiking trails.

This updated cottage is located in Hyden, KY, & is convenient to Frontier Nursing University, the middlefork of the Kentucky River, as well as many areas for riding trails & hunting. The property has all new furniture throughout with luxury linens in the bath & bedrooms. The property features a stove with convection oven, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, washer & dryer. Bring only your toothbrush and personal items, everything else is provided for your mountain getaway!

The Cottage at Wendover is part of the historical property once home to Mary Breckinridge's Frontier Nursing Service. It offers 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a large living and dining area and kitchen. There is also a new front porch with mountain views! Plenty of parking, free wifi and pets are welcome too! Guests love the coziness and comfort this home offers. We have two sister properties that can be rented as well. The Barn and Suite at the Garden House also listed on Airbnb.

From the newly added back porch you can see horses grazing in the fields and a variety of wildlife in their natural habitat. A true Appalachian experience. East Main Place is located on the edge of downtown Hazard. Originally built in 1962, you will find a clean and comfortable home away from home. Hardwood floors & laminate throughout and a new central heat and air unit. 50” Roku TV, including Direct TV and Paramount + , is provided in the living room. All utilities provided, including WiFi. Enjoy all the comforts of this fully furnished/stocked home with covered porch and wrap around deck overlooking East Main Street.

The Miniard House

The Miniard House is a spacious, historic home available for rent for guests who want to soak in the great landscape and peacefulness of Appalachia. The house accommodations for eight guests with a plenty of space for family time both inside and out. Our home provides a peaceful setting amidst nature with perfect views of the horses in the nearby fields. The Miniard House is perfect for your upcoming stay! We also are available to host smaller weddings and events.
