Enjoy hearing the birds, watch squirrels play in the trees, drink your coffee outside as the morning sunlight shines through. Come stay in our 1 bedroom apartment downtown in the historic district on Main St. You'll be one block from our beautiful waterfront, our downtown restaurants, entertainment, and breweries. You'll have your own reserved parking spot directly across the street from the entrance. You can also enjoy 24hr access to the gym downstairs. Over 15 classes per week are offered that you may join in as well for free. We even have 2 beach cruisers you can use to explore our beautiful city.

We are so excited to invite you to stay in our sweet little classic cottage, nestled in the heart of Elizabeth City's historic district. 1201 Church Street is surrounded by some of the original Elizabeth City homes dating all the way back to the late 1700s. We fell in love with the charm of the area combined with all of the up-and-coming attractions nearby. Our cottage is close to all of the new downtown breweries, wine bars, trendy restaurants, and waterfront district.
