Ottimo appartamento dove passare una vacanza in compagnia. Casa accogliente con un grande giardino. Francesco è stato molto gentile e disponibile per ogni esigenza. Consigliatissimo!

Had 4 fantastic nights at Andrea’s place, what a view! He was helpful in so many ways - lots of great local recommendations, the place was immaculate and the hot tub was lovely! We would definitely want to come and stay again at some point! Highly recommend!

This apartment was a wonderful choice for our four week stay on Lake Como. Plenty of room with all we needed to make our stay comfortable. I think we hit the jackpot with Bellano, it is a lovely, walkable and very friendly town. The location is close to everything you need; train station, ferry, grocery stores, markets and restaurants. The views from the apartment are amazing with the mountains the focal point! Very close to the waterfront walk that we took most every day with the most spectacular views of the lake and even the Alps! Antonella and Donatello are super responsive and helpful hosts. We even had an unexpected “wear and tear” issue in the bathroom. They responded immediately and the issue was taken care of the same day!! We loved this stay and recommend it 110%!

5 nuits parfaites ! Le logement est hyper calme, lumineux et la vue sur le lac est magnifique. L’accueil était très chaleureux. Le jacuzzi ? Hmmmm un Bonheur ! Andrea nous avait conseillé le restaurant al cantinone à luino, à environ 15 minutes en voiture. On a adoré ! Le patron a joué quelques aires d’accordéon, les repas étaient très bons. Dépaysement garanti ! À 5 minutes à pied du logement il y a une supérette avec notamment du pain frais. La dame qui la tient fait d’excellents sandwiches. Nous avons été à Stresa en voiture. C’était un peu long mais la route est tellement belle ! Par contre les chiens même dans un sac ne sont pas admis dans les jardins des îles Borromées. Cannobio est un très joli village. Notre coup de cœur ! Merci Andrea pour tout, votre réactivité, vos conseils, le colis de bienvenue… nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

splendida esperienza, a partire dalla disponibilità e gentilezza di Corinne e di sua mamma, che ci ha accolti. Il contesto è davvero suggestivo, una corte medievale splendidamente mantenuta. L'appartamento (loft privato) davvero all'altezza delle aspettative, un mix piacevole di rustico e moderno che dà subito la sensazione di "ben fatto". La meraviglia arriva la sera quando, usufruiamo della spa (piccola sauna molto moderna e piscina riscaldata con idromassaggio) guardando le stelle. Un plauso anche alla colazione, servita dalla sempre gentile mamma di Corinne. Soggiorno a cui darei 6 stelle, complimenti!

This is a spacious, comfortable and clean house, conveniently situated in the village a few minutes from the lake, supermarket etc. It is well equipped including covered outside space and garden. The underground car parking is very useful too. We were warmly welcomed by Antonio who was very helpful for our whole visit. Lake Como is beautiful and we were pleased to stay in this house for our visit.

La maison de Mattéo est très agréable, on se sent chez nous dans un endroit calme et tout proche de Bergame. A noter que la maison est totalement accessible aux PMR. Sur les conseils de la maman de Mattéo, nous nous sommes rendus dans un restaurant excellent à côté de la maison.. bref… on aurait du rester plus longtemps ;)

Staying at Michela’s place was something I had never experienced quite like this before. Michela is incredibly kind and thoughtful – both the booking process and the stay itself were accompanied in such a positive and lovely way. When we arrived, there was food waiting for us due to it being a public holiday. She even provided a bottle of wine as a gift. Michela explained everything thoroughly and gave us all the instructions we needed to enjoy an uncomplicated stay. She communicates very quickly and always has an answer. She provides taxis and offered 24/7 support in case anything came up. The house is not done justice by the pictures. The Italian charm, the view, the architecture – it’s absolutely breathtaking and unlike anything I’ve seen before. We even suggested updating the pictures, as people might otherwise miss out on this incredibly rare find. What a lovely property! Ideal for a solo, couples, or family getaway. The two-level home is roomy, well laid out, spacious, and has just about everything you need to enjoy your vacation indoors or outdoors. The bedrooms are spacious, and the mattresses have to be the best I've ever experienced in an Airbnb. There is plenty of closet space, and the bathrooms/showers are also lovely. The kitchen is well stocked, though the only thing we were missing was paper towels (and a bigger trash can lol). The outdoor space is phenomenal, and where we had most of our meals, and I got some work done. Wi-fi works very well. The garden and hot tub are lovely, especially for this area. However, we did notice an outdoor security camera pointed at the hot tub and entrance, which was NOT disclosed in the listing. Likewise, this property is inside a cluster of other homes, so you will encounter other people, just FYI. The garage is a 3-minute walk away, and super practical. Will definitely stay again.

De los mejores lugares que hemos visitado, la casa es más hermosa de lo que pareces es extraordinaria, las vistas son inolvidables, tienes que visitar este lugar, pasarás días increíbles. La casa es sumamente cómoda, muy amplia, la. O una es maravillosa, los baños son grandes y cómodos. La limpieza estaba muy estupenda. Los dueños son sumamente agradables el jacuzzi estaba delicioso amarás despertar en este lugar. El mejor lugar que pudimos elegir gracias gracias

La estancia en la casa de Perledo ha sido excelente, ha superado todas nuestras expectativas. La ubicación es inmejorable, muy cerca del lago Como, de principales rutas turísticas y de lugares gastronómicos. La casa es preciosa, espaciosa, limpia, muy cómoda y con unas vistas inmejorables. La comunicación con los anfitriones ha sido muy buena. Han estado siempre disponibles y han dado recomendaciones muy pertinentes. Recomendaría esta casa al 100%. Ojalá podamos volver a visitarla también en verano.

Mooi en goed onderhouden huis en tuin. Ruim huis met complete(keuken) inrichting en veel privacy. Van alle gemakken voorzien voor een plezierig verblijf. prachtig uitzicht. Wij waren hier met 6 volwassenen. Aardige en bereikbare eigenaar en tuinman

Angela's place was very clean and modern with a beautiful view. Angela was very responsive, particularly around local travel tips. The location was a bit of a walk to town (not unanticipated), Angela showed us a short cut and also provided a number of Taxi contacts, who were very responsive.

For et fantastisk opphold! Vertene var utrolig snille og hjelpsomme, og stedet overgikk alle forventninger. Det var enda finere enn på bildene, med en enorm hage, et flott basseng og en herlig jacuzzi. Da vi sjekket inn, var det fylt opp med brus, vann, snacks og pålegg. Stedet var romslig og perfekt for å slappe av. Vi kunne lett blitt en uke til og kommer definitivt tilbake. For en perle! Vertene hentet oss også da vi ikke fikk tak i taxi. Alt i alt et perfekt opphold.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Das Ferienhaus war absolut sauber, mit einem fantastisch gepflegten Garten und einer atemberaubenden Aussicht. Der Whirlpool war eindeutig das Highlight – immer angenehm warm und nachmittags herrlich im Schatten der Bäume gelegen – perfekt zum Entspannen! Die Umgebung ist wunderbar ruhig, ideal zum Abschalten. In der Küche hat es uns an nichts gefehlt – alle Utensilien waren reichlich vorhanden. Der Fernseher ist groß, die Internetverbindung stabil und schnell genug zum Streamen ohne Probleme. Der Gastgeber war super freundlich und hat unglaublich schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit sehr gerne wiederkommen!

Wir wollten eine traumhafte Aussicht und wir haben sie bekommen. Aus allen Zimmern, vom Balkon und aus dem Whirlpool blickt man auf die Berge und den Comer See. Die Sonne steht im April morgens ab 10.00 Uhr auf der Terrasse mit dem Whirlpool und der Sonnenuntergang ist direkt gegenüber zwischen den Bergen - besser geht es nicht. Die Kommunikation mit Andrea war schnell und sehr nett. Auch die Beschreibungen, die man vorher bekommt, sind sehr hilfreich, da die Auffahrt bereits ein Abenteuer ist. ;-) Angekommen gibt man den Code ein, bekommt den Schlüssel und parkt sein Auto in der Garage. Sobald man durch das Tor die obere Etage erreicht hat, beginnt der WOW-Effekt und der Urlaub. Alles Weitere ist anhand der Ordner, die mit Bedienungsanleitungen, Restaurant-, Taxi- und Ausflugsempfehlungen zur Verfügung stehen, dann völlig relaxt. Genaus das, was wir wollten. Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt, dass wir zum Glück noch 2 Tage verlängern konnten.

Hôte disponible et flexible sur l’heure d’arrivée. Accueil très chaleureux et sympathique. Vue à couper le souffle et piscine chauffée très appréciable. Logement chaleureux qui dispose de tout l’essentiel et plus encore… Literie propre et très confortable. Merci à Rodolpho pour les petites attentions (petit déjeuner, snacks et apéro…). Emplacement unique ! Nous avons laissé la voiture à 5min à pieds et Rodolpho nous a conduit à la maison (chemin très étroit). Expérience unique idéale pour se couper du monde ! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir et cette fois-ci avec le soleil !

Eleonora’s apartement is very comfortable with a beautiful view for the lake. She’s very kind and helpful during all our stay.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Ca Pedrot! The cabin is super cozy, we loved the sauna, and the views are fantastic. We loved the little touches like nice bed linens and towels and luxury soaps. There's an extensive range of pots/pans, cooking utensils, etc. The cabin has plenty of privacy. It's also is on a nice snowshoe path, for winter visits. We were particularly impressed by Andy, the host, who was super communicative, got the fire going in the wood stove for us because we were arriving in the evening, gave us pointers for using the cable car and finding the cabin in the dark. True hospitality! Can't wait to go back.

Exceptional host, exceptional place! We loved our stay in Wild Field Lodge and, as hosts ourselves, greatly appreciated the thoughtful amenities available throughout the property. We are a family of 4 with 2 kids under 5, and so it’s tricky to find accommodations that are actually relaxing, let alone loaded with toys and kid entertainment. This place is serene, fun, well equipped, and beautiful. The host’s communication and generosity were outstanding. You can feel the love invested in this property, and that makes for a very special life experience. Highly recommend!

Wir haben die Unterkunft sehr genossen. Das schöne war: Unsere Hunde waren ebenfalls sehr willkommen. Die Zimmer waren vom Platz gerade ausreichend, aber der Garten ist riesengross und der eigene Swimming Pool lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die grosse Outdoor-Küche ist perfekt zum Grillieren, Kochen und Beisammensein. Wir würden die Unterkunft sofort weiterempfehlen und überlegen uns jetzt schon, wann wir wieder hinfahren werden :)

Der Aufstieg war tatsächlich etwas beschwerlich, aber hat sich gelohnt! Die Aussicht ist super, niemand weit und breit. Die Bettwäsche hat super gerochen. Greta und ihre Familie waren wirklich mehr als zuvorkommend. Am liebsten wären wir noch länger geblieben.

This house is just amazing! Beautifully placed on a very private spot, very well equipped and super clean. We had a wonderful stay with our family and would definately love to come again!
