I stayed at this lovely Airbnb in Pervolia, Larnaca for one night and had an absolutely wonderful experience. Originally, I booked the stay to view some local properties as I’m considering relocating to the area. Although the property I intended to view wasn’t available at a convenient time, this turned out to be a blessing in disguise—I ended up having an incredibly relaxing and enjoyable stay. The host, Kennith, was excellent—very responsive and accommodating, answering all my enquiries promptly. The property itself was beautiful, well-maintained, and located in a peaceful area within walking distance to the beach. I took a serene walk along the shoreline towards the lighthouse and finished the day with a fantastic meal at a nearby restaurant (Theta) that could easily rival those in the world’s most upscale destinations. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a tranquil retreat in a charming coastal village. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

Cudowne miejsce do odpoczynku. Z tarasu rozprzestrzenia się piękny widok na okolice. Spacerując po miasteczku czuć niepowtarzalny klimat Cypru. Gospodarz jest komunikatywny, miło nastawiony do gości, bardzo pomocny i troskliwy. Oprócz jacuzzi podczas wizyty była możliwość skorzystania nawet z masażu. Z czystym sercem mogę polecić ten nocleg innym! Miło będzie kiedyś tu wrócić!

The house is great located at a great Sandy beach. there are several restaurants in the area however the convince store is around 20 minutes walk. We had some issues with the house but Costas was very responsive and helped was on its way. overall very recommend

Incredible space and right on the beach. They location is quiet and a great place to relax and the Villas are very well put together and well stocked. Highly recommend staying here if you want a relaxing secluded getaway with all the feelings of home away from home on a beach

Thank you Andreas for your attitude, hospitality, willingness, generosity, care, energy and time you gave us, although renting your beautiful property is primarily fun for you and not a business that would make you fed.. you gave us so much attention that it touched us. you completely charmed us with your heart, humanity and character.. thank you. The world is such a beautiful place to live in because of people like you. At Andreas's accommodation there was a technical problem with the pool and we were offered free accommodation, hotel accommodation and free accommodation for the next visit when everything is working. Andreas paid us a five star hotel on the beach for all of us (3 fathers and 5 children). Andreas invested much more than we would have paid him, he invited us all to dinner, personally drove us with his wife to the hotel and to airport. Overall a nice and relaxing stay at a well equipped villa. Rui and his partner are responsive hosts. They gave us useful recommendations and helped make our stay as comfortable as possible. The villa is super well located with easy access to the airport, shops and a lovely beach (within a 5-15 min drive). Villa is also extremely quiet! Worth saying that the villa is well equipped with everything a guest could desire including a reliable AC system and a modern kitchen. The outside area is nice but the pool is superb - one of the best pools ive experienced. There is also a really nice grill area and a pretty garden. Unfortunately the outdoor, indoor cinemas, and the front gate are not currently operational but hopefully this is fixed soon. Be aware that the garden has a very diverse fauna, in case you are particularly scared of various animals including bats, lizards and rodents. I would recommend booking this villa in case you are coming to the Larnaca area.

This house was paradise for us the week we stayed there. Especially the outdoor areas are so luxurious and wonderful and location right next to the beach was fantastic. Indoor the house is very spacious and have quite advanced wiring with integrated speakers, automatic blinds etc. Tony’s assistant was quick to help out with any difficulties. Will definitely come back if we can!

Splendido soggiorno! Non c'è altro da dire, la casa è meravigliosa, nuova e pulitissima, la posizione a Pyla permette, con la macchina, di raggiungere in 15 minuti le più belle spiagge si Cipro, inoltre è di fianco all'ingresso dell'autostrada, dunque comodissima. La casa e la piscina sono semplicemente splendide come le vedete in foto. Che dire poi dell'host Nadine? Semplicemente stupenda! Simpatica, gentilissima e sempre disponibile per dare una mano o consigli su come muoversi, inoltre, cosa da sottolineare, la casa viene consegnata fornita di tutto, con il frigorifero pieno e con tutto l'occorrente anche in bagno, di fatto noi in una settimana non abbiamo mai avuto bisogno di dovere andare a fare la spesa. Questa per noi è stata una delle nostre più belle esperienze di soggiorno di sempre e sicuramente, quando torneremo a Cipro, ci affideremo ancora a Nadine!!

What a great villa! The pictures say it all. We are a family of 7: 6 adults and a 4-year-old child. We really enjoyed the big house. The villa is very clean and well maintained, but there is only one shower with low water pressure. The house provided with all the necessary things for a good and comfortable stay: seating areas, garden furniture, kitchen utensils, pots, plates, cups and everything necessary. The villa is located in a lovely private compound with large gardens full of fruit trees and a beautiful pool. The balcony is a great sunny space but there is also an inner part with a pergola and shade so you can escape the sun during the hot hours. The sea is 2-3 minute drive away. The villa is a little far from the center of Kiti village. We liked the distance because it gives us quiet and privacy Kiti village has all the services you need: supermarket, bars, restaurants and many shops. For that you have to rent a car. One of our favourite stays with Air BnB so far! Michael's place was just amazing, spacious, clean and so beautiful. The linen smelled fresh and the house so well equipped. The pool was STUNNING and was difficult to leave! Michael was the most lovely host, friendly and accommodating and providing some little treats on arrival and through the week. We have three older teenagers and this place was perfect for giving them their own space yet having amazing family time. Would recommend having a car for this place, its a good walk to the local village if its hot, but I think to see the island thats a good idea anyway. Wasn't a negative for us at all. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

My family and I had a fantastic week at Yvonne's villa, Savanna del Mar, in Cyprus. The villa itself is private and spacious, complete with a beautiful pool and a great BBQ area, which makes for perfect evenings outdoors. The location was ideal. With a rental car, it was easy to explore the surrounding areas and make unforgettable memories. The villa offered everything we needed for a relaxing and fun family vacation. We had a wonderful experience and will be coming back! Highly recommend! Yvonne is a wonderful host. She made the stay even better.

We had a lovely stay in the beautiful villa. The pool was a huge help in coping with the heat and the villa came with everything we needed. Additionally, Sol was ever helpful. For example: we had forgotten to bring a travel plug adapter, but Sol quickly brought us adapters! In addition to that he had many other good recommendations.

Tony is a fantastic host. He was patient and very helpful during our entire booking process and stay. The villa is fantastically located only 100 steps from the sea with a fantastic pool and new outdoor furniture. The villa has everything you could want from new washing machine and fridge freezer to microwave and DVD player and Wi-Fi. Bonus of house alarm made us all feel safer during our stay.
