Our home is Located in Peregian Beach and only a short stroll from Peregian Village and the patrolled beach. Our home has an open plan design throughout with views of the hinterland and coast line. The first level has living, dining, kitchen, study nook, and an outdoor deck area that overlooks the pool, 2 generous bedrooms and a bathroom. Up the stairs the master bedroom has a king bed, large bathroom including a luxurious bath and amazing views of the ocean and hinterland for miles.

Relax just metres from the beach in a bespoke, architectural house designed for relaxation, comfort and fun. Please note this is a family house and not suitable for groups of 12 adults (maximum of 8 adults & 4 children).

Nearby are the beaches and restaurants of Noosa/Coolum or the surrounding hinterland townships.

Year round swimming in the private heated pool fully offset by solar. Note: Pool is maintained at approximately 28 degrees from April to October and heater is not used/needed in the Summer months.
