The beach house on the hill

Our little studio is attached to our house, therefore you might hear us from time to time. It’s a beach style place , where you can relax and enjoy your breakfast on your own private patio. Please note that there is a simple outdoor kitchen, with sink ,BBQ, fridge, kettle and microwave. You have a private entrance via the front yard ( as seen on one of the photos). Our neighbourhood is quite , and you might see some of our beautiful wildlife, like colourful Rainbow Lorikket and kangaroos

Our two level apartment is perfect for a weekend away or a long holiday. Ocean views and only a walk across the road to the beach. In the middle of Peregian beach . If you intend to use both rooms booking must be for 3 or 4 people to cover extra linen laundering

300m walk to Peregian Village and Patrolled Beach

Our 2 bedroom guest house with views onto the pool and hinterland views is ideally located. Enjoy a short 300m stroll to Peregian Village for eclectic shops and cafes or the patrolled beach and park. The local IGA is open everyday just opposite the village. The kitchenette has all you need for simple meals, hot plate, kettle, toaster, microwave. Enjoy easy access to the pool. Nearby are the beaches and restaurants of Noosa/Coolum or the surrounding hinterland townships.
