Welcome to a tranquil, beach-style apartment with cool ocean breezes where you can snooze in the hammock, curl up with a book on a sunny window seat or cool off in the lap pool on the hot summer afternoons. Enjoy breakfast on the sunny veranda, afternoon drinks in your courtyard or on the back deck by the pool at sunset. At end of day snuggle up in the comfy king-size bed, falling asleep listening to the waves on the beach through the open louvers. The bed can be transformed into two king singles if you just let us know when booking. We do welcome one small non-shedding, toilet trained dog. Your apartment has a separate entry with patio. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances - cook top, oven, dishwasher, full size fridge, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, Nutri-bullet, jaffle maker, Smeg jug & toaster. Comfortable lounge & dining setting. If you just want to chill out at home there is Wi fi, Netflix, some games & jigsaws. - Self check in via lock box 24/7. Code given prior to arrival. - Private access. - Shared pool area. We also live on the premises and would love to welcome you to your self contained apartment when possible. We will be happy to help you with anything you require but we will ensure you have your privacy to enjoy your stay to the fullest. The apartment is in a very quiet neighborhood and only a short stroll along the street will get you to the track onto the beach... which is an off-leash doggy beach. A short walk along the beach to track 37 is Chalet & Co for Coffee, breakfast or lunch. A little further along is Sunshine beach with more great coffee shops, cafes, restaurants & surf club. There is a bus stop at the end of the street if you want to leave your car and take the bus to Hastings St or to Peregian Beach. There is a bus stop 4 1/2 minutes walk from the apartment that goes North to Noosa Heads which is great at busy times when parking can be a challenge or you don't have your own vehicle. Also great when you would like to have dinner or watch the sunset over the ocean on Main Beach, Hastings St while enjoying a drink or two. Buses also go south to Peregian Beach where there are some lovely restaurants , cafes, coffee shops and an IGA supermarket. If you are adventurous you can take a bike ride around the area on the great pathways. We do have a port-a-cot if required for under 2's. The King Bed can be altered to King Singles for those requiring separate beds. Also provided are beach umbrella, beach mat , beach towels, doggy towel & doggy waste bags. We welcome a small quiet dog that is toilet trained & doesn't shed a lot of hair. Also that you keep them off the furniture & bed. There is a doggy door and we ask you clean up any out door toilet mess.

Our little studio is attached to our house, therefore you might hear us from time to time. It’s a beach style place , where you can relax and enjoy your breakfast on your own private patio. Please note that there is a simple outdoor kitchen, with sink ,BBQ, fridge, kettle and microwave. You have a private entrance via the front yard ( as seen on one of the photos). Our neighbourhood is quite , and you might see some of our beautiful wildlife, like colourful Rainbow Lorikket and kangaroos

Our home is Located in Peregian Beach and only a short stroll from Peregian Village and the patrolled beach. Our home has an open plan design throughout with views of the hinterland and coast line. The first level has living, dining, kitchen, study nook, and an outdoor deck area that overlooks the pool, 2 generous bedrooms and a bathroom. Up the stairs the master bedroom has a king bed, large bathroom including a luxurious bath and amazing views of the ocean and hinterland for miles.

Our two level apartment is perfect for a weekend away or a long holiday. Ocean views and only a walk across the road to the beach. In the middle of Peregian beach . Amazing restaurants and cafes at your doorstep in a small complex Pets welcome with a $50 Please note smart tv has access to all streaming services but no free to air tv Couples are asked to use only one of the rooms . If you intend to use both rooms booking must be for 3 or 4 people to cover extra linen laundering

Completely separate with private entrance. Studio with the most beautiful view of the National Park stretching for miles to the horizon from just over the fence. Private Courtyard and deck to watch the sunsets. 8 minute walk to the beach and close to Peregian Village. Birds and other wildlife are abundant. At night it is very quiet with all of the stars visible in the huge sky. There is a microwave, fridge, toaster and kettle. Fully airconditioned.
