Wir haben einen perfekten Urlaub in Marcos Haus verbracht. Alles hat den Beschreibungen und den Fotos aus dem Inserat entsprochen. Das Haus liegt in einem wunderschönen Garten mit Außendusche, Außenküche mit Webergrill und separater Waschküche . Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, die Matratzen im Bett sehr bequem! Wir konnten alle Mahlzeiten auf der wunderschönen, ruhigen Terrasse einnehmen . Sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in den Süden Sardiniens! Der wunderschöne Strand ist innerhalb 1 Minute zu erreichen und ermöglicht lange Strandspaziergänge. Marco ist ein sehr zuvorkommender, hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, der immer innerhalb weniger Minuten geantwortet hat. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder !!

Sehr schönes Haus, zwei Blocks vom Strand. Von allen Zimmern kommt man auf Terrassen. Der Bus direkt am Strand fährt alle 20 Minuten in die Stadt. Heizung in allen Räumen, wir waren im April da, da ist das schon gut. Gute Ausstattung, alles da. Einige alte Pfannen könnten mal ausgetauscht werden. Supermarkt fussläufig zu erreichen. Ein paar schöne Stühle im Garten wären noch toll. Und vielen Dank an Daniela für die super Betreuung beim Ein- und Auschecken und die vielen Tips.

Der Aufenthalt bei Serenella war super. Das Appartement ist direkt am Meer gelegen und man genießt einen unglaublichen Sonnenaufgang. Die Kommunikation war sehr herzlich und Serenella war sehr zuvorkommend. Die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen.

We were a family group of 6 and had a lovely time relaxing in this great villa- the sunsets from the veranda are particularly beautiful. The beds, bedding and blinds make for a good night’s sleep! Kitchen well equipped, bathrooms good. We swam in the amazing (chilly) clear blue sea from the villa over to the nearest beach in about 15 minutes, the same time as walking along the rocks. Consider bringing a tow float/dry bag for towels etc if you want to do this - the beach bar serves delicious, reasonably priced lunch food, ice creams and drinks. There’re several day trips possible (we hired cars), &the buses seemed regular - but the place is so nice that we spent a lot of time there (also many places were closed as we visited pre-season). Paolo is a really brilliant host- so informative and responsive, but not intrusive. Thanks Paolo for a magical holiday!

Fabulous getaway close to great beaches and lovely food. Fabio had lots of recommendations and whilst we didn’t end up using the kayak or bikes it was great to have as an option! Thanks Fabio, we’ll be back!

Die Unterkunft entspricht der Beschreibung und unser Aufenthalt dort hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Vermieter haben sich von der Buchung bis zur Abreise exzellent mit Tipps und weiteren Informationen um uns gekümmert.

La casa è posizionata in una zona molto tranquilla e silenziosa, è presente un supermercato a circa 200 metri e alcune pizzerie e bar a circa 10 minuti a piedi. La piscina è veramente molto grande, la porta sul mare è fantastica e il mare è ottimo per un tuffo rinfrescante o per fare snorkeling. L’ alloggio è molto comodo, ed è presente un grande soggiorno dal quale è possibile vedere il mare. Anna Rita e Riccardo sono stati degli ottimi host sempre disponibili per ogni richiesta o informazione.

Virkelig god, sød og opmærksom vært, der kom med kager, sodavand og chokolade til vores børn. Huset var fint, og det lå 2 minutter fra en lækker strand samtidigt med, der også var en lækker pool. Som det eneste negative var vi ikke opmærksomme på at skulle betale el regning.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das airbnb ist genau wie auf den Bildern und hat , neben dem beheizten Pool auch einen wunderbaren Meerblick aus einem der Schlafzimmer. Die Nachbarschaft war sehr ruhig und überhaupt nicht störend. Es haben anfangs ein paar Basics wie eine Bialetti oder Bedsheets gefehlt. Das war aber kein Problem durch die schnelle Antwort von Lucca wurde alles prompt gebracht. Wir hatten einen perfekten Urlaub in Villa Lolly

Zur Begrüßung selbstgebackener Kuchen, Wasser und eine Flasche Wein. Ein weitläufiger Strand vor der Tür (5 min), Blick aufs Meer und wunderschöne rote Berge. Am Eingang eines wundervollen Wandergebietes! Nach Süden ausgerichtet, mit großer überdachter Terrasse. Wir haben die Abende am Pizzaofen ausklingen lassen. Mario und Silvia haben sich immer wieder erkundigt, ob alles gefällt. Wir haben die Zeit vollstens genossen. Wer Touristenmassen sucht, muss sicherlich woanders suchen. 👍👍👍

Belle maison à quelques pas de la plage. Tout le confort nécessaire et un logement spacieux, bien équipé. Facilité pour stationner la voiture devant le portail de la maison. Nous y sommes allés en décembre donc il n'y avait aucun voisin, nous avons pu profiter de la terrasse et son environnement paisible et bien entretenu.

A great house right near the beach. Excellent facilities and what wasn't in the house, you'd never need! So well stocked with appliances, supplies. Rezearta made lots of recommendations and was quick to respond to any queries.

È stata una bellissima esperienza. Nonostante il brutto tempo, siamo stati a casa, siamo andati sulla spiaggia, che è praticamente a 50 metri. La spiaggia è stupenda con la sabbia bianca. A casa c’è tutto che serve per una famiglia in vacanza. Alessandro è molto gentile, mi ha dato tanti consigli

We spent a week at Giuseppe’s place over Easter break. He greeted us to let us in and show the features and workings of the property. We thought the location was perfect and the kids loved the hot tub. 10-15 min walk to restaurants, groceries, and a few shops. Giuseppe was very responsive when we had several questions via messaging. The bathroom was newly renovated and the place has an updated feel while still maintaining the look of a nice Italian villa. The property was well equipped with basics plus some extras like some beach chairs, mats, toys, etc. The outdoor shower with hot water was very useful. We strongly recommend this place!

Das Haus liegt schön privat und ruhig. Mehrere Möglichkeiten Sitzgelegenheiten zu wechseln wegen Wind, Regen oder Sonne. Sehr schöner Hausstrand. Ca. 5 min mit dem Auto. man kann auch zu Fußen an Wasser. Ca. 5 min. Dort jedoch nur Felsen. Sehr kleiner Ort mit zwei kleinen Supermärkten (kein Frischfisch), in denen es fast alles gibt und zu normalen Preisen. Zu einem Supermarkt Conad, Crai oder EuroSpin min. 30 min. Fahrzeit (das fand ich schade). Um woanders hinzukommen immer erst über den Pass am Berg. Geht schnell ist jedoch immer ein Akt. Im etwas größeren Ort Tertenia gibt es ein Fischgeschäft. Abends ist nichts los, wo man hingehen könnte. Da wir Mitte September da waren sind viele Restaurants nicht mehr offen. Im Haus selbst sollten lediglich die Sitzpolster mal erneuert werden. Die leiden schon wenn sie das ganze Jahr draußen sind. Ansonsten haben wir uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt und die Ruhe genossen. Tolles Haus.

Matteo is one of the nicest person I have had the pleasure of meeting ! He has redefined virtual hosting to a high level ! We carried out a lot of research before settling on Casa Delle Sirene. What a find! It was exactly as described and pictured, beautiful inside and out with its own private parking space. It had lovely private gardens with lovely flora and fauna. Inside was spacious, spotlessly clean, and well-equipped throughout . The beds were very comfortable and the pillows (which we are very particular about) were the best we’ve ever had whilst away from home, making for very good nights sleep. The kitchen served its purpose perfectly and the showers were great. There was always plenty of hot water. We had a couple of issues where we needed to contact our host. The electric tripped after a thunderstorm which our host sorted very quickly, and we also had a WiFi outage but again the host sorted swiftly. The apartment is only a 50m walk away to a beautiful sandy beach and only a short walk to bars, restaurants and the supermarket. Perfect location, and accommodation and is highly recommended.

Super séjour chez Cristina, qui a été du début à la fin une hôtesse prévenante, accueillante, réactive… au top quoi! Logement bien équipé, propre, meublé avec goût, jardin superbe et le jacuzzi est la cerise sur le gâteau… Vous pouvez aller loger chez elle, dans cet appartement ou le second qu’elle propose, les yeux fermés. Merci encore!

Pierpaolo is a wonderful host. We spent a fantastic week at his house with our two small children. Although we didn't meet him in person, everything was perfectly organized. There was no issue when we arrived later than expected. Pierpaolo gave us clear instructions on how to enter the house, and a welcome bottle of wine was waiting for us in the fridge! The house had all the necessary amenities and even more than we expected. Pierpaolo even asked if we needed a changing table for our 4-month-old, as he could easily provide one for us. I highly recommend staying here! The area is peaceful, away from the hustle and bustle. It's about an 8-minute walk to the beach, just as described in the offer. Along the way, there's a small shop with a restaurant offering very good and affordable food. There's also a restaurant with a bar on the beach. For sure, to get around this area or do some shopping, you would need a car. Thank you Pierpaolo for hosting us :)

L'appartamento di Alessandra è in un una ottima posizione, è infatti possibile esplorare da qui, in auto, le innumerevoli spiaggie dell'Ogliastra, a piedi, l'affascinante l'abitato di Santa Maria Navarrese. La casa ha ottimi spazi sia interni che esterni, con un portico molto ampio e vivibile. La vicinanza alla spiaggia di Tancau (meno di 50 m) è un valore aggiunto. La fornitura di essenziali è completa e molto pratica. Consigliato.

Ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt! Das Haus ist in Wirklichkeit noch viel schöner als auf den Fotos. Alessia hat uns herzlich empfangen (inklusive sardischer Spezialitäten) und uns viele tolle Tipps zu Ausflügen, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gegeben. Die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet, sehr familienfreundlich, mit Spielzeug, extra Decken und allem, was man braucht. Man merkt sofort, wie viel Liebe in jedem Detail steckt. Als der Wasserkocher bei Ankunft nicht funktionierte, brachte Alessia am nächsten Morgen direkt einen neuen vorbei. Sehr zuvorkommend! Der Garten läd zum Verweilen ein, inklusive Holzkohlegrill und Tischkicker. Vielen Dank an Alessia, Christian und Daniela – wir haben uns wie Familie gefühlt, unglaublich wohl und willkommen. Wir kommen definitiv wieder und können die Unterkunft von Herzen weiterempfehlen! A presto! Tipp: Die Unterkunft liegt ca. 30 Minuten vom Flughafen Cagliari entfernt. Idealer Ausgangspunkt um Sardinien mit einem Mietwagen zu erkunden.

Das kleine Haus liegt perfekt um mit der Familie entspannte Strandferien zu machen. Das Häuschen bietet alles, was man braucht. Der Strand vor der Tür ist sehr schön. Der Kontakt vor Ort mit Marcus war sehr angenehm. Marcus hat uns persönlich und herzlich empfangen und uns alles gezeigt. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit, eine Wiederholung ist nicht auszuschliessen.
