One of the most unique Airbnb places we've stayed in. The apartment has a lot of stairs, but climbing up them is well worth the effort! It is situated on the top floor of an old bank. It's been renovated to be bright and modern with an open concept. The high ceilings and large windows, makes the place airy and bright. Beds were comfortable. A full kitchen had everything needed. Lots of hot water-pressure great. Extra bonuses - a balcony off the back of the apartment overlooks the Manistee River and there's a vintage movie theater just across the street. The river is a freighter channel with drawbridges! You can check in advance to see when ships will pass and if you are lucky, you may see one. The Vouge theater seems to show one new movie, a classic movie, and an indy type movie. The rest of the neighborhood is all 19th century/early 20th century buildings - pubs, coffee shops, a restaurant, antique shops, etc. Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore is only 50 mins away. Oh my goodness, I’m not sure where to begin on our fabulous stay at Sunnyside Up. This was our first vacation rental and we are not sure that will ever be another that compares. The pictures are a perfect depiction of this great apartment. What is not shown is all of the special attention to details like the wonderful towels (including use of beach towels), every kitchen items you could ever need/want, the great bathroom including dividers in the bathroom vanity, the unbelievable instructions on how to use everything in the apartment. Location is perfect and truly walkable. The next time we visit GH we will definitely be staying here. Thank you for a truly wonderful stay!

I greatly enjoyed my stay at Ronda's place! The bed was extremely comfortable, the kitchen well equipped, and the bathtub was a delight to use. It was a perfect space for a little weekend getaway; many restaurants and beach access within easy driving distance. There is not a ton of natural lighting, unless you leave the french door curtains open. I found having to compromise privacy for natural light to be a little disappointing, but I had a wonderful time. I would stay here again!

Cozy place, highly recommended

Kristen's downtown bungalow in GR was a perfect set up for our family with 5 adults, 2 children and 2 pets. So wonderful that they allowed our furry family to join us! That can be hard to find! The location was only blocks from downtown and made for easy access to all the restaurants, bars and events we were attending. The bungalow, was so cute and very clean! It had everything we needed for our stay. Check in and out was an easy simple process and minimal to do's before we left. Kristen checked in with us often to make sure our stay was going well and if we needed anything. Our family had a wonderful weekend in GR and many thanks to our hosts for allowing us to enjoy this beautiful City.

If you have the chance to stay at the castle in this airbnb you will not regret it, the airbnb is large and well appointed with everything you need during your stay. The castle is unique and it was a lot of fun seeing the library. It was quiet and secure and located next to the interstate for easy access to many restaurants and shopping areas and not far from downtown. I will stay again if I have the opportunity.

Very good location; only about 10 minutes from grocery stores and restaurants. Right on the edge of town as well. House was very clean and just like the photos! Definitely recommend!

Meg and Rita should be elevated to above “Superhost”. The little pink house is clean quiet and nicely decorated. All hosts should be as responsive and thoughtful. Every wall switch was labeled to let me know which switch operated each particular light or room. AND every wall socket was fitted with an adapter outlet which was so helpful when traveling with multiple chargers for multiple devices. A great stay. I will definitely stay again.

Nice, clean, clutter free space. The Wi-Fi is not great. We would stay there again.

Frederick was responsive and helpful. The house was great. Comfortable and clean. It was the perfect house to sit around and talk with family.

We had a great stay with our two dogs. The house was in pristine condition with a nice fenced in yard and a space to sit outside. In very close proximity to beaches including a dog friendly beach as well as several local dog friendly restaurants. The house is in a quiet residential area but is a five minute drive from anywhere you want to go.

Jennifer’s place was centrally located, less than 20 minutes from everything we wanted to do in Grand Rapids. This is definitely a busy neighborhood, which didn’t bother us at all but others might want a white noise machine for sleep. The house was very well stocked with the essentials and comfortable! We would definitely stay here again.

We had an absolute blast staying at "In The Woods"! It exceeded all our expectations—honestly, the pictures don’t quite capture how amazing it is. The property offered perfect privacy, and both the interior and exterior were fantastic. Just a quick heads-up for anyone towing a trailer: the dirt roads leading in can be a bit bumpy and slow. Other than that, everything was perfect, and we couldn’t be happier with our choice.

This is an adorable little home, very cute with an updated interior and super clean. It was spotless and just like a hotel - it had everything we needed (we welcomed having shampoo, paper towel, even coffee pods so we did not have to worry about it.) It is on a main & busy street and a bit loud during the day, but quiet after dark. There is a Mall, a Meijers and all kind of shopping all within a 5-10 min drive, and we really liked that. I was amazed how many restaurants they had in this area. Mindy is wonderful to work with and we appreciate her sharing her lovely home with us. Thanks Mindy!

The condo was beautiful and very clean! It was super easy to find and get in/out of. There was plenty to do on the property and nearby!

Condo was perfect for our family of 4. Location was amazing short walking distance of several great restaurants and right on a great bike path that you could ride endlessly. The pool was added bonus for 2 kids and highly recommend boat rental place in Fruitport!

We had an amazing stay here over New Year’s Eve! It was the perfect location and we felt right at home! The condo was clean and had everything we needed. All of the appliances as well as the washer and dryer were clean and the extra blankets and linens were great to have on extra cold nights! We are local to the area and wanted to stay close to downtown. This is definitely a condo we will rent again in the future. We did have a few questions during our stay and they were really quick at responding and very friendly. The condo overall felt very much like home and had lots of extra comforts such as pillows, blankets, board games etc and didn’t at all feel like a bare bones kind of Air B &B. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us for a few nights!

The condo is exactly as described and has everything needed to enjoy the time there. I would definitely stay there again if I am in the area again.
