Located in SW Pensacola on Bayou Grande, amongst quiet, serene, drama free, slice of paradise. The loudest noise you might hear is our famous Blue Angels showcasing our Navy’s finest. Otherwise, be ready for complete relaxation on the bayou, which leads into the Gulf Of Mexico. We have porpoise that swim the bayou daily. Drop a line…redfish, catfish, crabs, who knows. Miles of walking paths along the water where we watch the Blue Angels practice. Navy Point has great fishing, a boat ramp, 20 min to beaches, & 10 min to downtown. See our guidebook for local spots.

The Perfect Location Cottage

Welcome to The Perfect Location Cottage . There's easy access to all beaches and attractions. Heading west on Gulf Beach Hwy, it's 5 min to the rear gate of NAS, 8 min to Johnson Beach, 10 min to Perdido Beach and restaurants. 20 min to Florabama and Orange Beach. Going east, we are 10 min to Downtown Pensacola and 15 min to the Three Mile Bridge leading to Pensacola Beach and all the attractions. You can also watch the Blue Angels fly overhead on days they practice from the front yard.

This is an attached apartment connected to the garage’s ours house with three exit/entrances. One is the main entry with your specific code. The second door is dead bolted from your side that leads to the garage you see in the picture. The third is dead bolted on your side and gives you access to the back yard. The security and privacy is much like a hotel room. Note we rarely meet or interact with our guests.
