Welcome to East Bay Getaway, a private studio nestled in the woods. This clean and comfortable room with private entrance is a MIL suite attached to your host's home, on more than an acre. It features a kitchenette (no stove), high-speed WiFi, 32" smart TV, and dedicated HVAC system. Plenty of outdoor space, with a large pool and hot tub in the shared, privacy fenced backyard. A bike/walk path is directly across the street, which goes for miles either direction. 3- burner BBQ grill - NEW for 25!

This suite is the upstairs portion of our home (THERE ARE STAIRS LEADING TO SUITE). It is not the entire house. THERE IS A SHARED FRONT ENTRANCE SEPERATED FROM MAIN LIVING AREA BY A PRIVACY SCREEN PLEASE LOOK AT ALL PICTURES FOR VISUAL. The suite has a king bed, bathroom and sitting area with a microwave, mini refrigerator and keurig coffe maker.

The entrance is at the end of the driveway with parking right outside your door. A quiet neighborhood across from a park with a shaded ½-mile walking path, benches, and playground. The high ceilings make the loft feel spacious, and the large windows fill the space with natural light. ***We do make a special request that guests walk softly after 10:00pm (we sleep below 😴). ***
