At the bottom of the high street is the stunning Lymington quay on the cobbles, a popular place for a coffee or grab a local boat trip. Nearby there are beautiful walks and a marina. The studio is set in a fenced off area of our garden which is secure and dog friendly, we offer off street parking and bike storage.

The Annex sits within our 1 acre garden which is bordered by fields on two sides so benefits from a very tranquil setting. You have the top floor of this cosy Oak Framed Barn all to yourselves.
