The unit displays the original timbers supporting the building. The LWF Condominium is partially over the water at high tide, has its own 375 sf private outdoor deck, ladder access to the beach, fireplace, chef's kitchen, AC, in-unit washer and dryer, 2 bedrooms with queen-sized beds and an up-front seat to see whales when they are in Penn Cove.

Byrd's Nest Guesthouse

Byrd’s Nest is a retreat nestled among the trees. This custom-built guesthouse was completed in June 2025. It spans 357 sq. ft. and features a studio layout with a kitchen and bathroom. Surrounded by evergreen trees and approx. 30 feet from the main house, it offers a charming treehouse-like experience. The whole property is 6.6 acres at an elevation of over 200 ft. Views of Mount Baker, the North Cascade Mountain range, the Skagit Bay, and forest land can be seen from the guesthouse.

Kingfisher Bookstore Waterside

Our sweet guest suite is above the Kingfisher Bookstore overlooking Penn Cove and the Coupeville Wharf. Every room in the three-room suite looks out at the water, including the bathroom! The bedroom has a queen bed, and a pair of comfy chairs. In the sitting room there is a table for two, a small fridge, microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle and supplies for tea or coffee. And of course, there are plenty of books! The suite is up a shared staircase but has its own secured entry.

You will have access to a private full bath with roomy shower and laundry facilities accessible through our garage any time. There is a small refrigerator and microwave as well as Keurig coffee. There is a large window facing the garden with a view of the water through the trees. Longpoint Beach at the opening to Penn Cove is a 10 minute walk through our quiet neighborhood.
