This was a comfy cozy 100 year old home that provided everything we needed for our 3 night stay. The kitchen was stocked with the necessary tools to prepare our own meals, the beds provided great sleeps and the house was ready for our furry friend! We appreciated the large front lawn for him! Just a note that there were a few open spots in the fence that a little furry friend might find to escape, but under watchful eyes, it was perfect for our dog. Jeffrey was a responsive host before, during and after our stay. Should we be back in the area, we would stay again!

Great place to stay for extended work trips. Feels so much more like a real home which really helps for those long stays. Enjoying breakfast while listening to the wild quail on the porch is a perfect vibe for me.

We loved Jake’s place! It was much larger than in the pictures and very comfortable for our large family. Kids (and adults) enjoyed the pickleball and basketball court! Our dog loved the yard. We are already thinking about coming back. Thank you Jake!

Great place to stay! We stayed for a graduation and the house had all the amenities. It was very clean when we arrived. The space was dog-friendly. Alena responded quickly to questions I had. Overall great place! :)

This home fit our party of 6 adults very comfortably. The location was perfect, close in yet quiet and peaceful. I like that it is a single level home with open floor plan so easily accessible to all guests. We did not bring pets, but it is nice to see that pets are welcome too.

This was our second time staying at Jeffrey's place and we felt right at home. Checking in is super easy. The house was super clean when we arrived and had everything we needed. Our kids loved playing the piano and hanging out in the front petting the neighborhood cats. Finally, Jeffrey is always very proactive and responsive in his communications. We hope to be able to stay at Jeffrey's place again next year!

Great space with everything needed. Kids toys and trampoline were a great addition to keep them entertained.

I loved my stay in Bunkieland. It was so peaceful with a beautiful view from the deck. Exactly the escape I was looking for. It was also great to have a place my dog could stay, he loved the bunkie just as much as I did. Also a great location if you are coming to Nelson to bike... very close to Morning Mtn trails. Maria was super nice and helpful. Would gladly visit again!

Great place to stay for a quiet getaway with my husband. Quiet and peaceful, yet just 10 minutes from downtown CDA restaurants, parks & shops. The apartment was clean and comfortable, with windows on all walls to see the beauty outside. We enjoyed sitting in the gazebo watching the sun go down and the boats go by. Katherine was always available to help with any questions and local recommendations.

Karen went above and beyond to make this a relaxing stay. The space and surrounding area were beautiful. The space was clean and comfortable. I could tell that the space is well cared for. Information was clear without a huge list of rules. I highly recommend Karen’s space.

We had a wonderful stay and the pool was perfect for our kids and their cousins, aged 6-9. Will definitely be planning to stay here again when we are in the area next!

I wish we could have stayed longer!!! I knew this place was going to be a Haven from the photos… but it exceeded expectations in every way. I’m going to have to hunt down more weekends away in Spokane just to get to stay here!! Perfect couples get away. Very private and peaceful. It has all the amenities to rest and relax. I was surprised how close it was to a local grocery, downtown dining, and state park trails! You feel nicely secluded out there, but need to run for eggs and butter… it’s just down the street! Thank you Dolly!!!! So welcoming!

The convenience to the gondola, the water park and town was perfect for us. The kids loved the open area downstairs and we couldn't believe how well stocked everything was, the kitchen, bathrooms, laundry, etc. We will defiantly stay here in the future if available.

Awesome place to work from with a colleague for the week. We each got privacy, lots of places close by to walk too. Close to tons of hikes. And also quick trip to downtown and surrounding area for work meetings

I stay at Tabitha’s place every year for my bike race. When I come to Sandpoint, there is no other place I would stay. Quiet, clean, always love being here.!! Tabitha is so responsive to my questions.!! The Paradigm of Air BnBs…

I had an incredible stay at this cozy little cabin nestled in the heart of Trout Creek. The cabin itself was the perfect retreat—warm, inviting, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were absolutely fantastic, providing thoughtful touches and quick communication to ensure everything went smoothly. If you’re looking for a serene getaway in a beautiful, remote setting, this cabin is a perfect choice. I can’t recommend it enough!

The place was spotless and the treats provided were appreciated. Brenda, local hostess, was very attentive and helpful. Yellow Jackets were a bit nasty when we sat outside.

A really nice and confortable small house with very nice amenities. The location is great for skiing at Lookout Pass. Also very close to Wallace which has a nice market, pubs, and restaurants. Will definitely stay here again next time I visit the area. Tkx!!

Blackridge Cabin was everything we hoped for and more! Kip and Jennifer were incredibly gracious, and the setting was breathtaking! We grilled and ate outside one night and the view and sunset were stunning! (Also enjoyed that bottle of wine—thank you!) The cabin itself was very clean and had everything we needed. Lastly, the hot tub was a bonus! Thank you so much for your hospitality—we had an amazing stay!

We had a great stay in Sandpoint! Judy was very friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The place had everything we needed and was less than 10 mins to downtown Sandpoint, which had lots of restaurants and things to do. Would highly recommend!

Wonderful and charming place to stay - cannot recommend enough! The perfect solace during my drive from Canada to Washington. Sunset walk near the property was gorgeous, as was the cute cabin interior.

This is a great place to stay in the winter, given that it is just 30 minutes from Schweitzer Mountain Resort. Hottub. a great kitchen, and tons of places to sleep makes this a wonderful home for a group trip.
