There is electricity and wi-fi internet, but was designed with the idea of being able to get away and relax. Heat and appliances are all propane.

The cottage is immaculate with all amenities and is fully stocked. Enjoy your coffee while you watch the sunrise from your back deck as the local lobstermen get ready to haul their traps.

The beautiful loft compromises a queen size bed, kitchenette, shower, and a peaceful seating area overlooking the bay.

Lubec is a 45 minute drive away. Your private entrance by keypad. Your driveway space is yours.

Strolling distance to the pier for a whale watch, the artistic downtown, and the brewery! There is a Weber grill, outdoor seating, bikes to use, books, games, record player and WIFI. Full house on Cobscook Bay (4 bed sleeps up to 5) located walking distance from Sipp Bay Preserve (what used to be Knowlton's Seashore Campground) with hiking trails on the beach. Also access to kayaking on fresh and salt water, centrally located between Bar Harbor and Mt. Katahdin for day trips. Multiple shoreline trails and attractions between Eastport, Calais, Machias and Lubec. Private driveway and plenty of parking.
