The Tiger Den

The Tiger Den is a one bedroom, one bathroom basement apartment located between Anderson and Pendleton, South Carolina about six miles from I-85. We are 13 miles from Clemson's Memorial Stadium for Clemson football. We are a hop, skip, and a jump to Lake Hartwell, 6 miles to Brown Road Boat Ramp and 13 miles from Portman Marina for your fishing and boating needs. We are also 8 miles from downtown Pendleton, SC and 11 miles from downtown Anderson, SC both have local restaurants and shopping.

Adorable private cottage on quiet residential loop, near the Saluda River. Relax with your own fenced yard, no stairs to access, and private parking. Enjoy a long weekend escape, quiet work trip, or pop into town for an event! Kitchenette has oven, sink, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee pot, toaster, and all the dishes, pans, utensils you will need! Pack-n-play available, linens, towels, paper products provided. Smart TV, WiFi, parking. No pets, smoking, vaping, gatherings or events allowed.

One block from acres of green space, walking paths, playground, and shopping. Enter the gated courtyard with an inviting covered porch and lush outdoor space. Less than one mile to downtown restaurants, breweries, and shopping. One mile to Anderson University, AnMed Health. 15 miles to Clemson University. Includes private suite and access to back porch/yard.

Enjoy a relaxing experience at this centrally-located spot, away from the hustle and bustle but only 6 min from Clemson (10 min from Clemson University), nestled in the country in a peaceful, safe neighborhood with lots of privacy surrounding. The cottage has a front porch with 2 chairs, a 2 person hammock, grill, and a fire pit (wood is provided) with three lawn chairs. There’s a queen bed and also a CordaRoy beanbag (*bed #2) that opens up to a soft bed that sleeps 1 adult or two children.

Come and enjoy the Swamp Rabbit Trail and the surrounding Greenville area. Both Greenville (GSP), and Asheville (AVL), airports are within 45 minutes. You can be in Hendersonville, NC, in 20 minutes, Asheville, in 40. The Cherokee Foothills Scenic Hwy 11 is a few miles down the road. Very peaceful and private setting. Owners are through the woods.
