L’appartamento è nuovo. Pulitissimo. Dotato di ogni confort. La posizione è perfetta per muoversi a piedi ovunque in città. La sauna in casa è davvero un plus. Paola è fantastica! Sempre disponibile e sempre presente. Ci ha dato l’opportunità di un check in e check out flessibili.

We had a great 8 night stay at Laura’s apartment. It had everything we needed to base ourselves for a week of adventuring in Rovaniemi and is pleasantly close to town. The apartment was peaceful and the building has a clothes washer and drying room which we really needed! The bed is somewhat firm but that’s obviously personal preference, just something to be aware of. We still slept great!

Varattiin Antilta majoitus hyvissä ajoin talvisesongin takia. Hinta oli kohtuullinen ja asunto oli erittäin viihtyisä. Sijainti on oivallinen, mikäli tykkää lenkkeilyä tai pyöräillä, koska vieressä oli hyvät puitteet esimerkiksi näköalatornille tai laavuille patikointi.

Great place to stay! As per the brief given, the property exceeded expectations. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. The location is ideal—easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and public transport. All promised amenities were provided—Wi-Fi, hot water, clean linen, sauna, and toiletries were available and in good condition. A special mention to the owner for being extremely helpful and approachable throughout the stay. Their prompt assistance made everything more comfortable and convenient. Would definitely recommend this place to others and look forward to staying again.

Un super séjour à Rovaniemi dans ce studio! Instructions claires, recommandations, réponses rapides, bon emplacement et il y a tout à proximité! Le studio a absolument tous les équipements dont on a besoin autant dans la salle de bain que dans la cuisine, le lieu était propre cosy et confortable rien à dire vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés!

Die Wohnung war perfekt für unseren Aufenthalt – gemütlich, sauber und wie beschrieben. Die Lage war super und die Kommunikation mit Saara war einfach und schnell. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Klare Empfehlung!

We had the greatest stay at Kosti’s ! He’s the best host we could ask for. He’s always available when you need anything, and makes sure for your stay to be as welcoming as possible. The sauna and pool are really nice to enjoy, and the location is perfect. The (then frozen) river next to the house offered us the possibility to watch wonderful auroras, and the proximity the Ounasvaraa ski station allowed us to enjoy it as much as possible. I could only recommend you to stay at Kosti’s place if you want your stay to be the best, and feel as a local.

We fall in love with this house. It has a lot of great moment to offer. You can walk on the frozen lake, playing snow around the house, and even seeing aurora from the house window. Love the surroundings! The amenities are also great. Thank you host for the great house with excellent service.

Super sejour avec Sinnika et Jamme, ultra accueillants, qui ont nous ont fait bénéficier de précieux conseils. Très belles et chaleureuse sortie avec Jamme pour chasser les autores boréales avec feu de camp et nourriture typique finlandaise. Le sauna était d'un grand réconfort avec les journées passées dans le grand froid extérieur.

Miia is a great host. She is super helpful and help us a lot before we arrive Rovaniemi. The house is such a beautiful place to stay, be it the house environment or their surrounding area. It is too big for 4 of us but we did enjoyed it due to great location in front of the lake. We experienced Northern Light just in front of the balcony. Very recommended to stay! Worth it! We really enjoyed our stay. It was close enough to the centre to walk everywhere but much more peaceful than the areas with all the hotels. So great having the sauna as well!

I would like to say a huge thank you to MaRi for such a wonderful home and hospitality. The house is located a 45-minute walk from the city center. By bus, it takes only 5 minutes, and the ticket costs €9. The house itself is very cozy. Mari, as a host, is very responsive and welcoming. She replied to messages within minutes and was very understanding. If any help was needed, she was always there to assist. The house is very warm, the sauna is amazing, and everything is exceptionally clean and cozy. Thank you so much! I will be recommending this place to all my friends and acquaintances. I would rate this home 100 out of 100!

Janne est un hôte extraordinaire, très amical super réactif. la maison est la plus belle du quartier, extrêmement bien agencée agréable a vivre et super équipée. le sauna au bois est vraiment agréable après les journées bien occupées. Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux en famille en nous sentant comme ala maison. Nous y aurions bien passé plus de temps !! Merci Janne !

Tila and Jukka made our trip 10 folds better. Their place is big enough for 4 people to be comfortable in. Tila is a very welcoming host. She gave us plenty of snacks and food. There’s a grocery store in a walking distance and a well equipped kitchen, so you can definitely cook from home. The sauna was very easy to operate and spacious. If you wanna have a chance to see the northern lights without going far, there is a bridge over a river about 20 minutes walk away where there’s a lil less light pollution (although I recommend you get a car and drive up further north to get away from the city for a higher chance). All in all, 10/10 host and 10/10 Airbnb!

Hôte très sympathique nous avons été bien accueillis. Asko a pris le temps de nous expliquer comment fonctionnait les différents équipements du logement et nous a donnés plusieurs conseils pour profiter au maximum de notre séjour.

Nunu was a great host who met us to help us check in, even though we only stayed a night. The apartment was perfect, although the location might be a little inconvenient for those who doesn’t drive. Highly recommended!

Todo perfecto. El alojamiento súper acogedor, ideal para dos personas. Un poco lejos de la ciudad para tener más intimidad, pero es muy fácil de acceder en coche, además de que está al lado del aeropuerto y queda a 5/10 minutos de todo lo que quieras ver. Heidi ha estado muy atenta en todo el proceso, contesta rápido y resuelve todas las dudas que tengas. Volvería a reservarlo sin duda si volviera a Rovaniemi.

房東在事前回覆訊息的速度很快，也會主動提供住宿附近的交通，讓我感到很安心，抵達後的房源就跟照片一樣乾淨整潔，一般居住會使用到的物品房東都有提供，其中我最愛的是桑拿，真的很棒!! 床很好睡，房間有暖氣，真的很舒適，而且房東親切，有問題問她她都會很樂意回覆你，這真的是我遇過最好的房東!

Niina was very helpful! The instructions were very clear and concise. She is very detailed about the reservation. She is very polite and asks if you need any help! I highly recommend a stay with Niina.
