Walking distance to Waikuku beach and the Ashley river . 5 mins to pegasus golf club, supermarket and shops . 8 mins to Rangiora . Located just off SH1 and 30 mins to town center and airport . Waikuku Beach has a surf club that has patrols over the summer. View of the estuary and ocean from upstairs lounge. Private secure property completely fenced with off street parking. WIFI - fibre.
