Una antigua puerta de madera da la bienvenida. Dentro, paredes de piedra, luz natural y un sofá que no querrás compartir. El espacio es abierto, funcional y con detalles pensados (sí, hay cafetera buena). Arriba, una cama cómoda bajo un tragaluz. Abajo, cocina equipada y un baño con ducha tropical. La decoración es sencilla, pero con intención. No es grande. Es acogedor. ¿Cuándo fue la última vez que desconectaste? Ubicado en Pedreguer, un pueblo tranquilo muy cerca de Dénia y Jávea.

Our beautiful apartment is located in the Monte Pedreguer urbanization about 2 km from Pedreguer. The apartment has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, an open plan kitchen, a sitting room, and a nice terrace with a dining table and sofa. This wonderfully tranquil apartment sleeps 4. This property is our home - we live here (in apartments on the next floor) all the time. We expect all guests to enjoy the facilities and treat the property with respect. There's also a private parking space.

En verano de 2020 se ha reformado para que los huéspedes puedan disfrutar de la terraza techada y se ha construido una piscina (alberca) para los días de verano.
